位處於九龍城道及馬頭角道交界轉角的這一間小舖,之前歷經了多次的轉手,做來做去皆盡是小型的粉麵店,這一所"回味館",當然亦並不例外....除了平常有的雲吞牛腩之外,這兒最吸引我的,是有好幾款福建閩式小吃提供。另外還有些像酸菜及手工糉等很有家鄉氣息的東西。比起一般的雲吞麵舖,吸引力及層次自亦更大了....在這裡一個全日特價餐,一碗兩餸加酸菜麵再加一只糭都只售四十大洋,實在是窮人之恩物也....要了一碗醋肉大腸米粉。湯只是加了點味的"白水"喝不喝也沒有甚麼相干;大腸有一點"騷"及怪味不過又不至於太骯髒;醋肉肥瘦相間肉不硬算是不俗的;酸菜醃得爽脆亦不酸至咯喉....糉倒是讓我有點失望,糯米有點偏濕太軟淰;饀亦只有一點點瘦肉,肥的部份個人亦認為可以多一些讓脂肪融到米粒中;蛋黃也偏硬不夠甘香....不過,四十元的一個套餐有這樣的份量,是不可能有太大的苛求了.... continue reading

行到土瓜灣馬頭角道和九龍城道交界附近道聞到好濃郁的牛腩香味,係回味館的老細煮緊牛腩。附近街的推介係原汁牛腩同猪手,呢次就試左原汁牛腩先。牛腩果然原汁原味,口感极佳,而且仲唔會油淋淋。食緊𠴱陣老細整緊南乳猪手,陣陣香味扑埋來,引得人口水都流埋,決定下次來試下猪手先。因為新開張仲有甜品送,係老細家鄉野‘炸棗’,老闆介紹是用番薯蓉加糯米粉合成後再落油內便炸,香脆可口,中間又有番薯香味,係之前從未食過的野。食完埋單價格比我想像中平啊,真係抵食又好味.....果然好襯個店名‘回味’無窮啊。 continue reading

牛肉食得到新鮮味道好好值得一試仲有d特式小食九轉小腸,比某大酒家更好食雞圈都唔錯,佢地有個蒜蓉辣醬好野味豬手我同無食,不過我個fd就話幾入味重要佢價錢唔貴,牛腩飯連飲品都唔洗40,份量都足夠男仔食 continue reading
