黃雨下到西營盤這間新餐廳吃飯。這餐廳在國內有50多家直營店,西營盤這間是香港第一間,聽港大的同學仔說味道不錯,不會死辣,今日有機會試一試。未到12點,客人不算多,我們叫了兩份午市套餐、一個小炒和一個主食。🏅鮮炒黃牛肉套餐+前菜+五常米飯+飲料($78)鮮炒黃牛肉本是餐廳招牌菜,現在午市版套餐價錢便可吃到。牛肉質素高,細嫩多汁,牛味濃郁,配以唐芹,以辣椒、花椒等香科炒製,充滿湖南風味。五常米飯是指產自黑龍江省哈爾濱市五常市的大米,當地晝夜温差大,種出的米有別於泰國米和日本米,口感比較綿軟爽口。我第一次食,覺得它米香濃郁,嚼起來口齒留香,真的不錯。🏅老長沙米粉+前菜+飲料($58)長沙米粉Q彈軟滑,湯清味香濃,完全不辣。🏅孜然扇貝骨($108)扇貝骨外皮酥脆,裏面的肉却咸鲜入味,嫩滑爽口,吃着有點像孜然羊排,其實是猪肉做的,超級好食,停不了口。🏅銀絲卷($39)一份五個銀絲卷,師傅將甜麵糰如做拉麵一樣,重複由粗條拉成細絲,口感Q軟,帶著淡淡奶香,好吃。

朋友推薦西環西營盤乾諾道西180號維港峰地下1B號開了家經營正宗湘菜的餐廳"回家湘"。餐廳不大,但裝修得非常紅火。鮮炒黃牛肉是餐廳招牌菜,選用的是優質新鮮魯西黃牛肉,現切現炒,牛肉味濃郁入味有嚼勁,小辣的辣度已經非常刺激啦,非常下飯。粉蒸肉選用一層層半肥瘦豬腩肉,肉質軟腍,入口即化,不能吃辣的顧客可以嘗試。點心藍莓米粑粑,軟軟糯糯,甜度適中,非常好味。餐廳中午推出多款午市套餐低至$58起,含有米飯和餐飲,物超所值性價比超高。

今日湖南朋友請食飯來到西環西營盤干諾道西180號維港峰地下1B號回家湘食地道湘菜。剛開張不久的餐廳生意非常好。招牌菜剁椒鱼头是必點的菜,買相實足大大份,鮮紅色的剁椒辣得刺激,魚頭入味,肉質鮮辣嫩滑,口感豐富而有層次。老四川口水雞,小辣帶有地道川菜麻香味。梅菜扣肉,扣肉非常軟腍,半肥瘦肉汁渗透到梅菜里面,梅菜特別好味,下饭一流。辣椒土豆丝,炒得火侯剛好,夠水準,好快清盤。餐廳口號:回家湘代表湘菜走進聯合國,走進人民大会堂!现在已正式走进香港啦。
