一直都將這間酒樓收藏在我的飲食名單裏,今日終於有時間到來。午市全包套餐都幾抵,但2人食又好似多了,只是簡簡單單點了幾個點心。<大三圓蝦餃>雖然未達到皮薄餡靚,不過皮都幾煙韌,蝦餃和筍的比例平均。<南翔小籠包>夾起的時候沒有散,裏面都有湯汁。<菜苗帶子餃>菜苗幼嫩,帶子很細粒,有鹹味,皮在散與唔散之間。<蜜汁叉燒腸粉>這個皮薄,內裏包滿叉燒,繼“陶X”吃過最好吃的叉燒腸。<古法馬拉糕>馬拉糕很軟熟,我還隱約吃到些杏仁味。水滾茶靚,樓底又夠高,環境闊落,侍應服務態度都幾好。 continue reading

到來飲早茶, 服務員們親切, 能見到場內滿滿熟客的。叫來了它們出場;叫個午市精選餐A, 有;住家老火湯,一小煲;四碗,湯底清澈味道濃郁,潤喉, 另分開付上一碟湯渣配埋豉油, 自用。荷葉籠仔鲜沙薑生煎雞蒸飯,好很嘢味的一籠, 生煎雞配合砂沙薑粒, 雞件們肉滿鮮香, 飯粒們吸取了荷葉及所有配料的味道, 淡淡都好好味。鲮魚肉煎釀尖椒,這些尖椒們雖然很辣但香煎的魚肉, 帶來真的很嘢味啊。南翔小籠包,皮薄內埋湯汁多而肉嫩, 附上陳醋, 要趁熱食。鮑汁花生雞腳,汁哋香濃而雞腳入味每隻的表皮內埋都保持爽脆, 弄得精美的一道菜。 continue reading
