枱上已放咗點菜紙,自己剔完交俾侍應就可以喇。不過,同時留意到點菜紙上,仲印有午餐及下茶,但下午茶部份就被刪除咗,相信已經無再供應,只喺午餐本身嘅供應時間喺11:00am-6:00pm,都橫跨埋下午茶時段。

台式飲品一向都頗有特色,如加入珍珠呀、仙草呀、奶蓋呀……等等,不過,今次就還原基調,飲番吓珍珠奶茶,因為都耐無飲,一過口癮而已。奶茶做出基本水準,茶底都幾香,入口都幾醇和,珍珠口感亦具煙韌,最欣賞喺唔會落到半杯都喺冰嘛。

老婆就揀熱飲,佢一向都幾鍾意熱情果份酸甜果香,估唔到配上綠茶嘅「百香果綠茶」真喺幾好飲喎,嗰陣果香幾清脫,酸酸甜甜。事後我哋都有問喺唔喺以新鮮熱情果沖,回覆雖然話唔喺,而喺用上台灣產嘅果膠,再問會唔會問香港有得買,可惜喺原產地直送,佢哋都唔知。否則,買嚟秋冬天沖茶飲,感覺一流。

好難得地葵興新開左個商場叫KCC life, 入面有好多餐廳又有好多唔同嘅鋪頭,比係個頭嘅打工仔多個選揀。大公雞開張個時已經好想試,但真係太多人啦。好彩今日同事好早就落左去攞位,我地終於可以一試龍與鳳!我係面捏,所以唔使點林,就點左個台灣紅燒牛肉麵。間餐廳上菜速度都還可以,唔算話要等好耐。個牛肉麵一上來,我就試左下佢個湯。唔錯,算係正宗嘅牛肉麵湯,清清地,唔會好油。再試個麵,都幾爽口彈牙,同個湯都幾夾下。不過可能份量唔夠多,我食完仲唔算好飽應該得65%飽左右,所以個麵量如果可以加多少少就好喇!唔講咁多,上圖!

Boyfriend ordered the beef brisket rice ($58). The beef brisket was fantastic. The flavor was rich. The beef was so tender, it fell apart. There was a good number of tendon and boyfriend gave it to me as he doesn't like it.

I had the beef shank, intestine and tripe noodles ($62).  Portion size was a lot more than the rice. The shank was tender and quite good. The tripe was thickly cut. The intestine was ok. Not cleaned well as it still had that oddly skanky odor if it's not prepared properly.

Went to BIG COCK as the name sound sexy if you know what I mean!
The pictures of Delicious Roasted Chicken on openrice were disappointing as you would expect some roast chicken but the appear to serve noodles which is a waste of a good name.
Anyway, settled at the BIG COCK for lunch.
It was Taiwanese fare, so had the Beef tendon noodles.
There was quite a lot of tendons in the bowl which were soft and gelatinous.

呢間餐廳位於葵涌既Life KCC 商場,係一個新開既商場。


呢間台灣餐廳命名為「大公雞」,個名都真係幾特別,原來喺背後,係有一個故事。

「位於嘉義縣六腳鄉永賢村,每天清晨,伴隨著明亮的公雞蹄叫聲中,有一位留著鬍鬚,身型壯碩的大廚,天天於村裡食店埋頭苦幹,預備著新鮮牛骨及蔬果,花上10多個小時去熬製湯底。
這一碗牛肉麵,湯底味道甘濃鮮香,牛肉入味腍滑,麵條滑溜入味。
由於味道奇佳,口碑載道,當地村民稱這碗麵為大公雞牛肉麵。」


步入餐廳,環境光猛,窗可以外望,雖然只係橋景,但係感覺開揚,值得加分。


設有皮座卡位,座位舒適。

肉燥份量好足,滿滿舖滿一整碗,而肉燥帶有濕潤感,用黎伴飯真係岩岩好。


白飯用上珍珠米,每一粒米都好完整好圓渾,食落帶點甜甜既米香。


旁邊伴上兩條菜,簡簡單單就是平時台灣人的一頓午餐。

雜錦紅燒手工麵 $68


牛肉麵有4款,分別係(1) 紅燒牛肉,(2) 紅燒牛肚,(3) 紅燒牛筋,和(4) 雜錦麵,心多多既我一直都好糾結,到底吃多一點牛肉,還是吃多一點唔同既配料? 最後我選了後者。


雜錦麵裡面有齊牛肚,牛筋,牛腩,和大腸,一次過滿足4個願望。

呢碗雜錦麵好大碗,碗係好厚身既一款,把捧著,令人很有滿足感。


湯底係比較清既一種,有牛骨香味,帶點甜香,但係假如再帶一點辣度會更好。


手工麵條都幾厚身,食落有口感,唔係好有彈性既一種,而係食落去,會有少少漿口,夾落去,會有少少重手既一款。

呢度既小香腸,唔係細細條,脹卜卜既那一種,而係比較大條,再切片既一款。


食落香香甜甜,唔算太油身,我個人覺得油份控制係得宜既,而香腸既皮亦有帶香脆感,好好味。

士林蚵仔煎 $38


呢度既蚵仔煎做得十分正宗,蛋漿係七分熟既狀態,蛋味夠濃又唔會太實,而粉漿亦唔會落得太多,無濕濕稠稠的感覺。

蚵仔唔可以用「仔」去形容,因為其實每一隻都好大隻,好飽滿,食落帶鮮甜感。

惟獨美中不是既係夾起既時候比較容易散開,而將佢地一粒一粒夾番埋再拼埋一齊才入口。

夏季風味新鮮水果茶 $29


近年台灣興起水果茶,餐廳也來湊一下這個熱潮。

水果係用新鮮既,而且份量都好多,基本上成杯都滿滿的,而且因為係無蓋既設計,飲完茶可以食埋水果,唔會浪費。

茶底唔算係好濃,不過係好香既,而且甜度得宜,唔會「死甜」,飲完唔會令人「更口渴」已值得一讚。

珍珠奶茶 $22


作為台食既signature - 珍珠奶茶,一場來到,我也當然要一試。


茶底好夠濃,冰亦都落得唔多,唔會過於稀釋那份茶香,粉圓有Q彈口感,但個人覺得佢既質地硬佐少少,如果煮得淋身一點,會更好一點。

香港真不愧係美食天堂,萬估唔到,去到葵涌呢個工廠區都有高質素既美食,所以幾時都話,喺香港搵食,真係唔需要重覆咖,除非真係好好味啦!

而呢間台灣餐廳,係絕對值得我再訪既,說它為工廠區爭一口氣,實在最貼切。

KCC @ life 新開,有新野可以試下lu。亦都唔知係唔係新開既原因,好多人等。既然係食台式既,當然要試個肉躁飯啦。選擇拼鹽酥雞,較簡單同穩陣麻。肉躁個味都okay,以為汁好少咁,其實都可以送左成碗飯。至於個鹽酥雞就好一般,似普通既炸雞粒囉。

在星期日的工廠區大部分的店鋪和食肆都沒有開門,這次在KCC Life走了幾層,發現有一間打著台式牛肉麵招牌的((大公雞))還在休息日中開門。看看菜單,全部都是台式的食物有那些正常台式食店也有的魯肉飯、肉燥飯、牛肉麵那些,這次我不想食招牌的牛肉麵,我選擇了邪惡燒肉飯。這個邪惡燒肉飯來到時的賣相不是太邪惡,像只是普通的五花腩加上醬汁。飯上有醃蘿蔔、1棵小唐菜和幾塊五花腩。先吃一口白飯,就是中國產的珍珠米,沒有像日本珍珠米的煙韌度,也沒有泰國米的飯香。幸好沒有煮到溶溶爛爛。還是粒粒分明。而五花腩的醬汁用來拌飯,是很好吃的,但醬汁量較少,愛汁的我有點不夠喉。五花腩就像平常在韓國燒肉店燒的五花腩片沒有特別的驚喜。總括來說正正常常不過不失。

新開張想落去試下新野,點知一試就中伏,下今日午茶時間,全部人都係叫正餐,眼望👀👀👀客人都已經無乜,我地一行7個人入去,竟然可以3個麵無落單,牛肉麵正常無特別,牛肉好銀好銀咬唔開,蔥油撈麵非常無味勁淡,去超級市場買pack曾拌麵仲好食,水果茶無水果味,唯一得一個肉操飯係好食,好肯定唔會有下一次。7個人食左$443,如果好食真係無問題,但今次一d都唔值呢個價錢,成棟KCC,選擇真係太多,新開都咁差,好難同人競爭。

Life KCC開了多了很多餐廳,出來看看竟然發現了台灣餐廳,立刻試試😋點了鹽穌雞滷肉飯 和 半筋半肉牛肉飯賣相很好之外食落也有驚喜,有台灣當地的味道👍🏻不錯午市有套餐會包一杯柚子蜜,也可以加錢轉其它台式飲品,不過這個場的位置不多,要去食飯要早點等位喔!

賣相很好之外食落也有驚喜,有台灣當地的味道👍🏻不錯
午市有套餐會包一杯柚子蜜,也可以加錢轉其它台式飲品,不過這個場的位置不多,要去食飯要早點等位喔!
