朋友公司附近開左間大排檔小炒, 一向愛好小炒小菜嘅我, 當然唔會錯過,馬上約埋朋友一齊去試。一去到已經見到一大條人龍等候入座,好彩我地之前有book定位, 所以好快就入得。入到去, 付應安排我地坐喺個靠牆位置。同一般大排檔相比, 環境比較乾淨, 似餐館多過似大排檔, 因此相對黎講亦坐得比較舒服。一坐低我地就急不及待研究餐牌,我地點左客拔絲咕嚕肉,一客避風塘茄子;一客涼瓜肉碎煎蛋同一客黃金脆鮮魷。拔絲咕嚕肉味道酸甜醒胃, 亦能做到「拔絲」的效果, 值得一讚, 係我當晚的最愛菜式。避風塘茄子味道微辣,非常惹味, 配白飯簡直一流。涼瓜肉碎煎蛋, 涼瓜味道不會太苦,易於入口。咸香的蛋黃配上炸得金黃酥脆的魷魚不論味道和口感都相當令人回味。我地兩個邊食邊傾, 加上一人一罐忌廉汽水, 渡過了愉快的用餐時間。

拔絲咕嚕肉
其實我是很喜歡食咕嚕肉,但坊間很少鋪頭合格,由其咕嚕肉有骨我就很不開心,因為有骨的叫生炒骨,或台灣的糖醋骨

點解前面加拔絲?因為正宗合格的咕嚕肉是需要有拔絲的效果,因為芡汁做得好,才會黏住,夾起時有拔絲的效果,不是普通的醬汁就算

而咕嚕肉的外皮需要炸的外脆,令味道強烈的芡汁不會入侵保護在內的豬肉,可清楚食到豬肉的肉質和肉汁,亦有外脆內軟的感覺,好久沒食過合格的咕嚕肉,只係這小菜已令我開心

金獎煲仔飯

本來諗緊都係煲仔飯,其實有什麼特別,估唔到亦有驚喜,首先煲仔飯黎到,不是立刻飯,是需要再焗多5分鐘,而煲不停噴煙感覺好似等緊食速成火鍋,等開蓋一刻香氣四噴,店員立刻撈埋,一路撈時同我講,因為落左豬油才令去煲,所以飯焦真的是脆,而不是只有硬實實,喜歡飯焦的朋友不要錯過
