今天一家大細(兩大兩細)八點幾去完童軍中心,諗住係八樓金陶軒食晚飯,怎料金陶軒有婚宴而滿座,只好係附近揾野食。行到去莊士東廣場樓下有數個招牌,其中大當家廣告「原隻芝士龍蝦加伊麪底」$78,一試無妨呢。 上到十樓大當家不用等位(星期六晚都係得六成滿,經濟真係差呢!),店內裝璜不太差,地方不算寛趟。因為人客不太多,所以都坐得幾舒服。待應招呼都唔錯,換碟添茶都好勤快。 今晚我們叫了以下菜單:1.「原隻芝士龍蝦加伊麪底」$78-以咁既價錢都預計唔會用新鮮龍蝦俾你了,上枱後發現都幾大碟,真係原隻龍蝦開邊,無偷工減料,芝士味恰到好處,龍蝦不失鮮味。伊麪份量都多,食完呢一碟都飽了七成了。阿仔話仲好味過上次係稻香食的龍蝦呢!抵食之選2.豉汁蒸帶子$8一隻,要了四隻。食味一般啦,價都算平。3.美極煎海中蝦$68-蝦有成九隻,都算幾好味。4.蒸海斑斤四両$148-蒸得有水準,條魚都幾滑。5.金銀蛋莧菜-莧菜唔夠滑,一般水準以下。6.西湖牛肉羮-份量夠,食味也不差。 埋單五佰五拾多元,一家都食得飽飽。以咁既價錢可以食到幾道海鮮,都算好抵食,下次可以再來呢! continue reading

今次一行六人晚上去吃火鍋,星期日七點去到不用等位,而且有張大枱。火鍋最重要就係個爐之外,食物選擇要多、料要新鮮,更甚就是有否奇怪食材。這裡奇珍食才就沒有,不過就勝在夠踏實。湯底:甘蔗馬蹄豬排湯,但就來了一條生雞,雖然來錯但我們見隻雞係鮮雞,所以照樣全收,發覺個湯好得好清但不會無味,而且有清熱功效。加上碟雞很足料,肉質可口,好久沒有吃過鮮雞了。火鍋料:墨魚滑:鮮味有少許彈牙,好食鮮手打蝦丸:鮮味有少許彈牙,算係咁西洋菜、西生菜、唐生菜:夠乾淨、新鮮生魚片:新鮮就自然好食生鱔片:麻麻生蠔:有好多隻,有鮮味,$38好抵肥牛、駝鳥肉、三色肉拼盤:好多肉,份量和肉味都不俗另外,我們點了炸蝦腐皮卷,因為幾次傳菜時見到好似好靚,一客有十一條,腐皮本身料靚,有些蝦粒在內,炸到脆卜卜又夠熱,好好食,絕讚。六個人食到好飽好開心,侍應及經理服務不錯,大家也欣賞。有時,食飯就是常簡單、開心。 continue reading

今天一行幾人去了大當家吃午飯點了很多點心和飯面等等,最好吃的是流沙包,包裡裹著熱得炙舌的餡料,不小心使裡面的餡料流了一些出來,但仍是好吃得叫人回味另外那裡的飯和伊面也值得一試,挻好吃啊 continue reading

前排同亞豬/台長/仲有亞峰一行四人出0黎食飯飯....今次就去左"大當家"食啦!!因為見到OP個個都勁讚,於是我就決家去一試......點了以下菜式:1>當家醬燒雞~皮脆肉嫩簡直係妹味到無法形容2>當家四小碟(牛展,燻啼,青瓜海蜇,)仲有一樣唔知係咩菜~十開之胃0既餐前小食,而且當中 以青瓜海蜇最為突出好味.3>京蔥爆羊仔片~全晚最失敗之作......因為D肉片真係太SO啦!!4>砂鍋魚雲煲~正!!我地點呢個菜,都係因為比隔離枱上菜D味吸引點0既...CCCC可想而之係幾咁香呢^^5>西蘭花炒雙鮮(桂花蚌,貴妃蚌)~比起出面D中菜,呢到0既小炒水準真係高DD0既."大當家"之所咁多人讚原來真係有佢過人之處!!除0左有好廚師佢地仲有一班好好服務0既樓面(因為我遲左45分鐘先到,攪到台長同亞峰齋坐了半小時以上,枱面只有茶,D侍應同經理都好細心同面帶笑容去招呼佢地).因此我亦都希望在此表揚一下佢地^^下次有機會,我都一定會再去食多一次!! continue reading
