經過俾佢招牌豆花吸引咗叫咗一碗熱豆花,豆腐花正常的,算唔錯,但係放喺枱上面嘅薑汁糖水就略嫌一點薑味都冇。再叫咗一碟腸粉,同佢講要多醬,佢用一個好愕然嘅態度,然後話 : 多醬??要加一蚊咁都冇辦法啦,腸粉唔多醬汁邊會好食,所以照加。碟腸粉到咗,見到全部醬都係水汪汪,甜醬水汪汪、麻醬又係水汪汪,芝麻得幾粒,豉油死咸,真係好失望,仲要俾佢加咗一蚊。雖然係平民小食,十蚊三條,但絕對唔需要溝水 🥲 而且店員態度亦都唔係好友善。 continue reading

葵涌原來有間戲院,年初三赤口想睇戲,好奇下決定過來探索一下⋯⋯那間戲院,由於網上看不到售票情況,於是預早過去買票,買完戲票還有時間,決定四周行吓⋯⋯附近有間媽子豆花,決定小食一下。家庭式作業,相信是一家人,店名媽子豆花,相信是媽媽與兒子,以上只是筆者單方面想,未經證實⋯⋯喜歡看著掛上的餐單,以供選擇。反觀枱上的餐牌細細隻字,較為失色⋯⋯開放式廚房看著媽子行來行去,這邊廂煲海帶綠豆沙,那邊廂又在斟豆漿放入雪櫃,忙個不停,言談之間,無論豆腐、豆花、海帶綠豆沙甚至腐乳都是自家製⋯⋯筆者一聽到自家製腐乳,即時叮一聲,決定買番屋企試。由於豆漿可以熱無糖,正,天氣凍凍哋,暖在心頭。腸粉未見吸引,可能唔夠熱,質地韌韌,熱啲可能更佳。自家製腐乳~細$25, 中$34, 大$60,筆者買了細的回家試。整體來說進食期間,有很多外賣都是豆腐花,相信必定是招牌項目,老闆娘很有禮,看著她做海帶綠豆沙很吸引,可惜今次吃飽飽,下次再過嚟試。 continue reading

呢間真係葵涌石籬街坊糖水舖主打豆腐花、豆漿,有6款口味包括原味豆腐花、芝麻糊豆腐花、栗子紅豆豆腐花、海帶綠豆豆腐花、花奶豆腐花、胚芽豆腐花款式新穎,價錢合理原味豆腐花 $9 – $10 比較穩陣,夏天一定係揀冰凍豆腐花,冰感可以接受豆香幾濃,疑似自己磨製但片得比較厚,質地有啲偏向厚實,尚算滑溜糖漿同薑糖就偏淡價錢就幾平,屬於街坊價芝麻糊豆腐花 $11 – $12 表面係黑芝麻粉芝麻粉溶咗變漿糊狀,芝麻香唔夠濃未算中伏程度,但味道奇怪無晒凍黑芝麻豆腐花,熱食拎到返去需要放入冰箱先得,雪完變室溫除咗豆腐花,亦有少量小食牛肉球 $5 – $9 質感黏口,適合配搭辣油或喼汁基本同茶樓牛肉球差唔多,但價錢平一半有多飲品有原味豆漿、黑芝麻豆漿、胚芽豆漿3款胚芽豆漿 $12 就於原味豆漿中加入胚芽不過胚芽沉晒底,飲之前最好先搖勻豆漿本身有豆香味,覺得原味比加入胚芽更清甜 continue reading
