夜晚食生日飯之前,朋友約咗去大埔行吓順便食下午茶,一食下午茶嘅話就諗起富園,之前試過湯河同焗飯,今次就試吓去啲炒嘢,因為之前見到啲炒嘢都好似好得。本來想嗌薯角炸髀,但係佢冇薯角所以就轉咗做雞扒蔥油撈公,另外就加咗個乾炒牛河。蔥油撈公啲薑蔥幾夠味,唔知係咪自家製。雞扒就比起上次焗飯個雞多少少,其實個蔥油都已經夠煞食。乾炒牛河聞落去都好有鑊氣,食落去唔算太油,跟住個friend問佢攞辣椒醬,竟然唔記得配佢個辣椒油,其實我覺得呢度啲辣椒油係炒粉麵同埋湯河嘅絕配,如果有機會嚟試嘅話又唔怕辣真係要食。 continue reading

💬講到大埔人氣茶記,當然會諗起在海寶花園嘅嘅一間「富園」,無論早上、中午定係週六日,都係需要排隊入座,平靚正就係茶餐廳嘅文化。有潮州粉麵🍜,亦有炒粉麵飯,當然常餐快餐唔少得,起碼又睇得又食得,食物嚟講都算係水準之上,多選擇實有一款啱心水🥢.💬早餐經濟,蘿宋湯牛腩通粉好濃郁,牛腩附有筋膜有𡁻口,配厚多士同煙肉🥓炒蛋,全部賣相都吸引🤩.💬下午茶餐,可以揀乾炒牛河嘅鑊氣炒粉炒麵,非常有水準;或者魚蛋粉熱辣辣又夠大碗,連飲品🥤,抵食🤡 continue reading

呢度嘅下午茶餐竟然有炒腸粉咁就梗係叫嚟試吓啦,因為唔想食嚟食佢都係乾炒牛河星洲炒米嗰啲,另外再叫咗一份牛油多士。先講過炒腸粉,略嫌濕咗少少,如果再吵得乾身啲再燶少少會好食好多香好多。多士其實係下午茶餐之一,可以揀兩款醬料,不過唔想食花生醬又唔想食煉奶又唔想食果jam所以叫佢就咁落牛油就OK,點知啲牛油比想像中孤寒,得個少少,好薄,都好嘅,食咗冇咁罪惡唔會好肥。 continue reading

由一開始已經有幫襯,雖然只係收現金有d唔方便,但就覺得茶記黎講食物質素唔錯,中規中矩。一段時間冇黎,今日再黎照舊叫返個沙嗲牛麵早餐。牛肉質素差左,比以前韌左,麵未淥開已經上枱,炒蛋炒老左,火腿都係大路野,唔算太差,口痕可以一食。食左15分鐘左右,有位略胖男侍應已急急腳將食完既碗同碟收走,都唔係咩問題,香港日常。我同太太繼續飲埋杯茶飲,太太亦開始清潔牙齒準備戴牙套。然後係剩餘5分鐘內,該男侍應總共3次催埋單,話出面好多人,但我地仲飲緊杯奶茶,20分鐘就催埋單實在太過份,而且我地杯茶飲仲未飲完!老實講該侍應催埋單算好聲好氣。但呢個實在唔係做生意應有態度。肉眼睇佢地生意係唔錯,平時都有人排下隊,我今日黎食早餐都排左5分鐘。有時候放假嘆個早餐,食物都係其次,志在同朋友屋企人chill下,既然服務態度已經轉變,也都唔多加留戀。相信貴鋪多我一個客唔多,少我一個客亦都唔少。 continue reading

一年之計在於春🌱,一日之計在於晨🌞。想每一日有一個好嘅開始,不妨由早餐入手。可能你會話「早餐啫,唔使搞咁多野啦。」香港人生活忙碌,好多時都無食早餐,或者食完都唔知自己食左啲乜。 最近附近少左一個食早餐嘅地方,變相而家富園食早餐會有段時間要等位。開左無幾耐,地方大,坐得都算舒適。 曾經有段時間好鍾意食丹麥多士,食遍附近早餐有得食丹麥多士嘅地方,而家亦越黎越多地方有得食。 炒蛋黎講唔係間間都好食,好怕嗰啲落牛油/奶嘅炒蛋,所以試新地方我通常會叫太陽蛋,太陽蛋要煎得好亦唔係咁易。 雪菜肉絲米黎講不過不失,米粉係偏軟身嘅,吸水力強。我食完個多士先影相,已經索左好多湯。 點解食多士先?好多人平時最後先食個包,亦好多人食到最後飽飽地唔想食個包。食包先可以確保唔會最後因為個包無乜味而唔想食,變相浪費左。呢個係我嘅諗法。 continue reading
