我已經第三次去食喇~~開頭係見到啱啱開不如try try點知有驚喜喎~~到第二次介紹埋d朋友一起去食..個個都話好食...呢期又見凍凍地想十下十下~~咁第一時間就諗起小肥鵝...d食物水平完全冇變喎...無論d小食同招牌肥鵝煲真係冇得頂...食完加d再加d烏冬入去...哇d味真係正~大家真係不彷去食食...平靚正....

適逢朋友生日,安排了係小肥鵝打邊爐,第一次感覺裝修幾光猛、整潔,服務員的態度都幾親切。去到壽星點了招牌鵝煲、同預先訂左的三文魚剌身,原條鱆紅魚,及象拔蚌剌身、同其他火鍋食物。最令我難忙的係鵝煲同刺身,講到鵝煲的湯底真係一流,煲極都咁入味,通常一般的火鍋店係加水後就慢慢無味,但唔知點解依間鋪頭的大廚一定有秘訣整到越加湯就越入味,尤其是放烏冬落去,吸哂D汁,超正~~~~講到刺身,首先壽星連環叫左幾碟三文魚刺身當前菜,估唔到有日本料理的水準,再來重頭戲原條鱆紅魚和象拔蚌剌身,簡直令到食唔停口,條鱆紅仲有二食,整番個鹽魚身,送酒一流。因為本人比較喜好刺身,全程食多過講。而其他火鍋食物都好新鮮、如鵝肝、鵝腸、手切肥牛、豬腦等,都搞到大家狂食。最爽就係隊Hoegaarden,淡而不漲。食完13個人,又刺身、又劈酒(唔知幾多支加杯啤酒)、又火鍋,每人都係305蚊,好過落Bar...食過番尋味,一定再去~~~推薦!

睇東TOUCH介紹呢間野, 諗住去試下新野。當晚去到約7點幾, 唔使等位, 入去第一時間叫左招牌肥鵝煲, $118。食物上枱尚算快, 但D鵝肉數量就好少, 得2件肉, 骨就多, 鵝頭都有2件,份量少得有D過份。而且D鵝食落都麻麻地, 冇鵝味,肉質淋池池, D汁又好咸, 唔好食。跟住叫埋鵝腸, 牛心頂, 黑色牛柏葉和鯇魚皮。D食材食落真係麻麻地, 鵝腸好厚身, 一D都唔香。 牛柏葉没有原料味道, 仲要係淋既, 一D都唔爽。鯇魚皮腥到嘔, 滾幾耐都仲係咁腥。牛心頂食落仲有陣漂白水味, 唔知食緊乜。本來未夠飽, 仲想叫多D野食, 但上左呢幾樣之後, 已經唔敢再叫其他野食啦, 為有埋單。2個人埋單$310大圓, 絕對唔抵食,同埋好耐未食過咁難食既火煱。

今次係第二次嚟呢間食店打邊爐,首先,點咗作招牌菜鵝煲,因為有朋友唔食得辣,所以點咗唔辣既招牌鵝煲,食完鵝之後,點咗其他嘢食嚟打邊爐,點咗手切牛肉,鵝腸,田雞,魚卜,大蜆,牛肉好新鮮,帶少少肥,好甘香。鵝腸整得好乾淨。田雞係即劏既,上枱時田雞仲震緊。魚卜係好難係食肆到食到既,好大個。大蜆,新鮮,好鮮甜。最後,加咗稻庭烏冬同皇帝菜。所有嘢食都好新鮮,好味。
