今天專程去深水埗給寶寶買禮物,順道慶祝我們的七年之癢!在開飯搜了一下有酒有肉的地方,當然可以訂位而在週五沒有限時也是很重要的。搜了一輪,看到這家評語不錯,就前來一試吧!本來想吃雞煲的我們,最後也是點了比較少有的鵝煲。味道香濃,適合重口味的我們。配上啤酒,很爽!吃過鴨煲後,服務員突然問我們要不要吃炸魚皮。要開鑊炸了。吃得在開飯看到炸魚皮是推薦菜式,我們也來一份吧!味道很好,配酒一流,就是份量比較少。然後,我們點了手切肥牛、自家製水餃、爆醬蝦丸。肥牛比本人的皮還硬,根太多了,有點失望。水餃和蝦丸有點喜出望外,味道很好。買單$788/2位,在這區和環境下有點小貴啊! continue reading

環境雖不怎麼樣,但卻是地道港式火鍋的味道用料新鮮,老闆推薦的鮮蝦,確實鮮味無比,彈牙可口。沙巴龍躉,性價比非常高,肉質鮮美。水餃王是我們的至愛,先吃一碟,回味無窮,再叫一碟。魚卜也是新鮮,故一來便點上兩碟,但需要花時間烹調,否則難以咀嚼。手切牛肉也是一絕,前後兩碟,但無奈忘記拍照。除了火鍋外,其他出品也是令人回味。象拔蚌以刺身享用,非常鮮甜,大家喜愛指背天葵飲料,坊間少有,據說是他們自家制,也是忘了拍照,大家到訪,可以點來試試,味道酸甜,令人開胃。即叫即炸的咸蛋黃魚皮,香脆可口,因為太好吃,所以忘記拍照。老闆親自現場烹煮的鵝肝,香味十足,單是嗅到味道,已經垂涎三尺,煎煮鵝肝的汁醬,再用來炒麵,令人拍案叫絕。還有很多菜式,忘記拍照,留待各位自行發掘 continue reading

原本諗唔到深水埗有咩好食,就上黎搵搵有乜好食,之後搵到呢間見到菜色比較冷門,咁就同朋友黎試下,一黎試個招牌鵝煲,睇個樣以為同普通雞煲果類差唔多,食落都好似得鵝果種香味,點知老闆過黎介紹個炒鵝腸就真係正,佢哋喺我面前炒完即食,真係冇其他形容詞可以講,咁食完個鵝煲就叫左火鍋料諗住打邊爐,點知老闆又過黎推薦左炒聖子同炒雞子,兩樣都係炒到岩岩好,仲要有少少鵝肝味,原來老闆見我地第一次黎就露兩手拿手小菜俾我地體驗一下,就係咁我就中左毒啦好香鵝肝味既雞子,出面冇可能食到,有鵝味少聖子都係冇機會出面食到我同朋友都預定左仲要返黎試多幾味先得,睇到呢個post既人當俾我呃左又好乜都好,至少可以試一次 continue reading

試過好多間都冇呢間咁好食!好正,各位食家一定要嚟試下!野又好食,老闆又nice,手切牛肉靚䳘腸必食,鮮炸腐皮卷好正、地方都算舒適好似係屋企食飯咁!正!嚟到呢到必定要食牛肉,䳘腸,粉皮,咸旦魚皮精選,我從來唔食都食唔停口,如果食埋個䳘煲之後一定要叫個公仔麵,真係正到冇得頂!炸魚皮頭好彈牙,仲有掌翼好夠味,刺身好新鮮好吃😋嚟深水埗一定要嚟試下!舖頭分上下2層,樓上樓底矮少少不過都好舒適!價錢合理,物有所值! continue reading

朋友話我知小肥鵝有萬有引力,每一次幫襯都會一次比一次歡欣,講到甘厲害就今日happy Friday 試一試🤔👇🏻個招牌肥鵝煲(小辣)鵝肉又香又野味😋老細極力推介我地加隻膏蟹,加$130蚊....唔係呱😳甘平!超多蟹膏喎!鵝四寶包括有鵝肝、鵝腸、鵝粉腸、鵝腎。老闆冲過來幫我地落鵝腸,係有滿滿嘅肥膏架😚而且有鮮味,唔似外面的食市,一般都帶有雪味。繼續有鵝粉腸絕對係最精彩,非常肥美,腸跟脂肪之間仲食到鵝潤,食到😋😋脷。打邊爐放鵝肝都係第一次,原來入口係軟綿綿,好特別,雖然係另一番口味,仍值得👏🏻👏🏻由於一堆脂肪爆棚嘅東西放入煲,時常有大量油浮面,在此讚下服務人員時常記得幫我地撇油,好貼心😊四寶剩低兩件鵝肝,老闆介紹我地用去煮蝦子麵,真新穎🙄大家都猶豫左一陣,見老細誠意拳拳,最終交咗兩件鵝肝比佢😅 佢親自係另一張枱,用一個細煮食爐即場下廚。原來除咗蝦子麵同鵝肝,佢仲放鵝油去炒,香到一個點😲十個👍🏻熱辣辣既咸蛋炸魚皮,魚皮好薄而且脆口,咸蛋味又無太搶,我鍾意😘自製蝦子蝦腐,外脆內軟,聞到蝦子香味,同魚腐比係另一個世界。亦係另一個必點菜式,頂呱呱!牛肉質數平平,可能不是主打的原故。相反🐷腩肉味道就唔錯。但千奇唔好叫🐷肺,可能切得太薄,淥完很乾,賣相亦較差。其他食物都水準好高,再加服務一流,誠意推介大家去幫襯下,一定好有驚喜 continue reading
