早前看到食友IVY CWK的小阮子食評照片相當吸引,趁著回學校拿證書之便,走到這家跟小丸子發音一樣的小阮子買蛋撻吃。週末下午廟街一眾煲仔飯、豬骨粥、牛雜店不是仍未開門就是剛在準備,只有這家門面簡單的小餅店在營業,所以比平時夜晚整條街也熱熱鬧鬧時容易發現她的存在;店前餅櫃裡除一盤蛋撻外,還有椰撻、糯米糍、蘋果批等餅食,當然大大隻字寫著125層沒豬油酥皮蛋撻為首選。每隻$3.5的蛋撻雖不是剛出爐,以熱爐保溫著仍能保持熱度,拿上手也是暖暖的; 沒有仔細的數是否真的有125層,層次分明如花邊的酥皮的確好看,看似很厚實其實是入口酥脆,一點也不會覺得其過厚,沒有豬油應有牛油的酥皮油份剛好,令酥皮有油潤感卻不太膩,就算墊底紙也不會多油得變成透明,水準不錯的酥皮; 蛋芯幼滑得有點水漾,蛋香不算濃郁甜度適中的真不錯,以這配方來做燉蛋也會很好吃的。兩個水準不俗的條件加起來的沒豬油蛋撻不致驚為天人不吃不可,但絕對沒令人失望了。今次沒食友般幸運剛好遇上蛋撻出爐,拍不到蛋面漲卜卜的畫面,不過老闆娘見我拿機拍照也特意將蛋撻重新排列得更整齊,看似不經意實際好體貼客人的動作! 只可惜相機在這一刻剛好沒電,想多拍一點也

今日3點左右响油麻地,就順便去小阮子試吓佢啲蛋撻.我買嗰陣個蛋撻暖暖地,唔算真係新鮮出爐.anyway, 我都覺得真係好好食.酥皮同蛋份量配合得啱啱好,食完都唔會覺得好滯!水準真係高過好多出名舖頭.仲係$3一個!抵食!

我買嗰陣個蛋撻暖暖地,唔算真係新鮮出爐.
anyway, 我都覺得真係好好食.
酥皮同蛋份量配合得啱啱好,食完都唔會覺得好滯!
水準真係高過好多出名舖頭.

最近看過都市日報黃毅力先生介紹這間店舖的蛋撻, 我這個八十後人類當然去試吓. 果然, 食落個蛋撻皮好酥脆, 的蛋醬唔似加人造色素, 白白哋. 兼且好嫩滑. 我當然都食過兩間名店 --- 泰昌&檀島既蛋撻, 但佢哋啲撻好多時都焗得過脆. 而這間小阮子啲撻隻隻都好"靚仔". 我一次過食咗兩個, 都無成口油的感覺, 個胃都無膩住.我覺得我們這種新人類一定要識食兼係食得健康. 小阮子的蛋撻同糕點都價錢好抵喎, 一律$3 (雖然唔多款式)!最後推介, 兩款桂花卷&芝麻卷都好正!!!

於上週看到報章介紹這間小店的酥皮蛋撻很好味(不用豬油做),有125層....終於冒雨跟蝦子餅出了廟街一趟找吃,當然小阮子榜上有名啦;很容易便找到它(因為其他街檔還未開始擺出來,沒有遮掩這個小店子。)除了酥皮蛋撻(HKD3.-),還有椰撻(買相很難看)、糯米糍和桂花糕,種類不多。跟蝦子餅各人即食了一個酥皮蛋撻......嘩﹗沒有什麼味道 酥皮是白白的,像沒有經過烤焗....好彩蛋漿不太少;但我們還是覺得櫻X麵包店5元3隻的酥皮蛋撻好味好多,如果豪D,蛋X王更加好(但價錢是HKD4.5/只)請大家可以比較一下。

I dont have many favourite places for egg tarts or pies, but this is definately one of them.For egg tarts, you can either have the hot ones or cold ones, the cold ones are really good, flakey crust crust with a cool egg tart filling, just the right sweetness.Then for pies, I have tried the peach pie and the apple pie.Both have a lovely light and crumbling buttery crust, not to sweet either.

For egg tarts, you can either have the hot ones or cold ones, the cold ones are really good, flakey crust crust with a cool egg tart filling, just the right sweetness.

Then for pies, I have tried the peach pie and the apple pie.
Both have a lovely light and crumbling buttery crust, not to sweet either.

早前在廟街找吃的,看到多次經過也沒一嚐的小阮子,加上女友很喜歡吃酥皮蛋撻,那就要了來吃.真的是十分鬆化,酥皮做得不錯,125層的手勢,雖沒有數,但以此鬆的酥皮,也值得一試!!!$2.5也不貴嘛!

為了支持以本人家鄉為背景的《瘋狂的石頭》,去到偏遠的電影中心。好在套戲幾精彩,也值得! 之後在廟街走走,看到這間以125層酥皮蛋撻為賣點的小阮子,即買一個試試。店員強調不含豬油,我也覺得蛋撻真的做得不油,蛋芯軟軟甜甜、酥皮輕輕的都幾好食。平日不愛酥皮的我也會喜歡,$2.5一個絕對食得過。 我只好奇,125層是怎麼數出來的呢?

今天偶爾行過,望見125層酥皮,對一向鍾情蛋撻的我甚有吸引力.其蛋撻雖然應該沒有125層,不過十分鬆化,而且不會油林林,真係好好食.仲係$2.5一個咋!
