仲有係叫咗兩隻蒜茸粉絲蒸大元貝($28/隻), 呢個價錢性價比高,扇貝的鮮美同蒜蓉完美結合,蒜蓉嘅調味恰到好處,不會過於搶味,反而提升了扇貝嘅鮮。蒸煮嘅時間也控制得好,扇貝口感都係嫩滑,沒蒸過熟嘅感覺,唔錯!

最後當然有叫到佢地嘅主推嘅菜式“尚北京填鴨”(半隻)($268)....片皮鴨的皮做得好得酥脆,每塊塊食酥脆卜卜聲,正常水準,但份量如果多返d就更好。

總括嚟講,呢間酒樓嘅新鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉真係高水準,加上酒樓環境舒適,我地會為咗個拔絲咕嚕肉再返嚟嘅!

見呢度既海鮮都幾生猛,我叫左帶子同埋蟶子,每隻都好大,調味我叫左跟蒜香,食到濃濃既蒜香、滿滿既粉絲,粉絲索埋汁既精華,所以味道好豐富,而帶子惹味鮮甜。而蟶子洗到好乾淨,完全食唔到沙,又大隻,蒸完之後好香。食左咁多海鮮,埋單都唔洗二百五,真係好抵。同埋粉絲本身易飽肚,所以咁樣食完已好飽啦!食完再飲返壺茶,好滋味好享受。最後仲有紫米露,甜甜地,味道都好唔錯,天氣凍時飲就更佳。下次如果叫多d人就可以叫左晚市set,都好抵。
