To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這次試麻醬麵，本來想點淨羊肉餃子，看到下單紙有個鮁魚餃😲網上看說是馬鮫魚、台灣叫白腹魚，沒試過☝🏻點半份試試。麻醬麵，如果喜歡花生麻醬的話大推薦，麵煮得相當好，很有彈性，而且出餐時已經完全拌好醬料☝🏻配上青新多水分的青瓜絲解膩🤩本來不太吃麵食的我也覺得需要推薦！羊肉餃上次吃過了，還是一樣夠羊味和多汁。鮁魚餃內魚肉配的韮菜，兩者的配搭香氣十足，雖然口感欠奉，但有一股強烈生菜魚肉的香味，值得一試。好像換了新的菜單
