喺天水圍嘅川味軒,真係一間能夠帶你去到四川嘅好地方。佢哋嘅菜式真係得嚟又正宗,每一樣都好惹味。

首先講吓佢哋嘅酸辣炸醬湯米線。湯底酸辣適中,炸醬嘅味道好香,米線爽滑彈牙,同湯底好夾。魚皮餃同紫菜都好好食,魚皮餃鮮嫩,紫菜清新。

每一個餸加$6至$7

🥢腩肉海帶撈粗薯粉 $40
最鍾意食呢度嘅腩肉😋因為唔會有肥肉,而且薄切帶小小麻辣。

每次都會揀粗薯粉因為好有煙韌感!撈埋底下個汁真係開胃又夠晒味!底下仲有超多芽菜。
唯一美中不足的是今日啲花生完全唔脆!

🥢豬頸肉蘿蔔撈拉麵$40
以前拉麵係最大碗而且份量超多,每次都會食唔晒,而家份量變返正常,食晒啱啱好!拉麵都好吸汁,而且唔會煮得太淋。
豬頸肉薄到差點以為係比錯咗腩肉,以前係好大嚿㗎!

1.  湯底配酸菜、芽菜、炸醬,但酸菜過多,酸味蓋過辣味。

2.  點咗中辣,但感覺連以前小辣程度都不如,唯有自己加辣醬加到滿意為止。

3.  以前食到一半就會出汗或流鼻水,好爽,但今次食完乜反應都冇。

希望可以做番前幾個月的水準。🙏🙏

先唔講餸先….
除咗傳统米線或紅薯粉之外,呢度仲有有多不同麵/粉底嘅選擇,我哋就反傳統一下,試咗寬粉同粉條。

兩個人分別試咗小酸辣 同 中麻辣,個人認為麻辣更勝一籌,喜歡附送嘅配菜,尤其係海量嘅酸菜,新鮮爽口嘅芽菜,肥瘦適中又香麻入味嘅炸醬,非常讃!
下次會另點一份肉炸醬

自選餸揀咗:
① 豬潤 - 鮮嫩,推薦
② 豬紅 - 有啲腥味,都可以接受
③ 腩肉 - 偏瘦入味,口感有別於一般腩肉
④ 豬耳 - 微辣爽脆可口,推薦
⑤ 金錢肚 - 切片近乎絲嘅狀態,比較難試釗真味道,但係質地都幾軟冧,可考慮

湯頭:menu上標明豬骨湯底,味道偏濃,加上麻辣,口味更加豐富,個人就非常喜歡,個人特別鍾意一啖湯加入粉放上匙羹一啖一啖慢慢食,食完飲咗一木半嘅湯都唔覺得口渴,證明味精唔多。

整體有驚喜,下次打算挑戰大麻辣。

應該係成個北江最平既餐廳,一碗薯粉廿五蚊有交易,勁抵食,幫襯左好多年,紅薯粉條/寬粉/有湯/冇湯我通通都會叫下黎食,都唔錯,我通常都係外賣番屋企食,原因有三1.堂食啲碗筷有啲殘舊 2.係屋企食舒服啲😂3.薯粉比外賣盒焗住,會𣺉啲,好食啲,堂食啲粉會有啲硬🙈味道方面,我鐘意酸辣多過麻辣,呢間酸辣做得唔錯,如果要食麻辣,麗江好食好多🙈你叫外賣要有心理準備,有時要超過一粒鐘先送到(明明勁近),建議外賣自取!

由中學食到依家啦~ 16$既年代開始食好有良心 加價都只係2蚊2蚊咁加 加幅唔大次數都唔密由中學食到依家都仲係好好味老闆同老闆娘都好好人 以前去補習會落定order老闆娘會等我地收鋪前返黎食好warm!但6月後消費習慣改變左就無黎嚕前排上網見到有傳老闆係支持後生仔~咁我都間唔中幫襯返佢野食即叫即煮我通常叫個湯幼薯小辣唔加餸其實啲餸都好平食過咁多間薯粉都係覺得呢到既酸菜同肉醬係最好味以前會特登加多份炸醬黎食湯底都係豬骨湯底煲出黎 成日都飲埋我會加個小麻辣豬肚 $22豬肚洗得乾淨 無異味豬肚好彈牙! 好好食

野食即叫即煮
我通常叫個湯幼薯小辣唔加餸
其實啲餸都好平

食過咁多間薯粉都係覺得呢到既酸菜同肉醬係最好味
以前會特登加多份炸醬黎食
湯底都係豬骨湯底煲出黎 成日都飲埋
