除咗打邊爐,食返啲「熱辣辣」嘅嘢都係唔錯嘅選擇,䪚䪚又辣辣🌶️。今次就嚟到觀塘食呢間川婆婆,呢度嘅裝修好寬敞明亮💡。雖然唔係唯一一間,不過每次見到好似以前霓虹燈嘅設計都係想打個卡📸。無設時限嘅餐廳就係可以慢慢諗慢慢點。當然,啱啱收工覺得餓嘅我都係睇咗陣就快快手落單啦。其實我係有啲怕辣嘅,但有時就係忍唔住想食吓辣刺激又暖胃,有見及此,我同友人都有叫嘢飲🥤。不過我極度懷疑其實支飲筒係跟可樂嘅,因為佢短,啱啱矮過個樽大概半厘米(圖文不符——抽起咗少少支飲筒影相),但友人表示一定係我枝豆漿嘅🥛。上完嘢飲之後,嘢食都陸續上齊。想試唔同嘢嘅我哋嗌咗酸菜魚同水煮雪花牛頸脊各一份分享分享,跟餐叫咗飯🍲。如果唔怕辣叫麵其實都唔錯,會非常入味。尤其係魚,酸酸地好開胃,牛就有咬口之餘又唔會太韌,兩個都非常好送飯。我咃重嗌咗蒜泥白肉同上湯白菜仔🥬,白肉都係有啲辣,有碟菜睇落好似畫面均衡好多又減少罪惡感,一舉兩得。 continue reading

講起食辣魚蛋,好多年前我嘅首選一定係厚福街川婆婆,辣得過癮非常出色,麻辣燙都好出色!但係自從好多年前換咗人之後就少咗好多fans。所以我都好幾年冇食過,然後發現依家原來觀塘川婆婆有成三間!搞到我都好想去試吓可唔可以返返以前嘅水準。-藥膳黃酒雞湯米線🍜(加配左吊龍牛肉)湯頭濃郁,帶有淡淡的黃酒香氣,雞肉煮得入味。另外再加咗吊龍🐮🥩~仲以為專門食牛嘅邊爐先會有,點知原來依度都有得加!同出邊一樣咁重牛味!而湯中添加的中藥材如枸杞,好適合依家冬天暖暖佢!-酸菜魚🐟比我想像中大碗勁多!$68嘅價錢,我覺得足夠兩個女仔食😂魚嘅份量都幾多,仲要真係冇骨嘅!我以為入邊只係得寬粉,原來仲有芽菜,娃娃菜,海帶絲同埋豆皮。酸菜魚嚟講呢一個湯底都算幾辣!鍾意食辣嘅朋友可以一試!不過略嫌如果多番少少酸味就可以更加提升風味-涼拌豆皮🍲因為我哋傻咗,冇留意清楚原來酸菜魚入邊都有豆皮😂重複叫左…好在佢嘅涼拌同我嘅酸菜魚嘅味係唔同😂 呢個相對地係比較清爽,口感柔韌,搭配埋香醇的醬油、香油等等,味道清新可口。-飲品🥤佢啲嘢食加任何飲品都係加$8,我哋叫咗凍檸樂同埋凍菜蜜,凍檸樂仲可以揀zero👍🏽 continue reading
