呢排天氣凍到震,緊係要打返個邊爐暖下身今日黎到元朗「巴打火鍋館」同一聚巴打吹水打邊爐「一蚊雞」呢樣野真係好耐無聽過,估唔到呢到可以重遇返一蚊就有既雞煲勁抵食,不過大家要留意返時間。落左單雞煲勁快就準備好,最正係仲有個timer係到計時,大家一齊倒數幾時開餐食雞煲當然要叫最經典既麻煩雞煲,小辣唔算好辣,除左辣椒仲加左啲花椒落去,少少麻辣好過癮。而且個汁勁濃勁香,雞件勁入味,肉質亦唔會老好滑易咬食完雞煲打邊爐就基本,配料上選擇亦好多,我地揀左啲索汁既雞脾菇同豆腐,未加水之前就連埋啲雞一齊煲,等到吸晒啲濃汁食勁香口肥牛厚身重肉味,食落亦唔會好鞋,價錢都唔貴,好食又抵食不得不提呢個紫菜響鈴,自家鮮炸,上枱仲係熱辣辣勁脆身,中間包左紫菜食落味道更多層次,比起一般響鈴好食勁多,講真真係好impressive,一定要試!

落左單雞煲勁快就準備好,最正係仲有個timer係到計時,大家一齊倒數幾時開餐
雞煲當然要叫最經典既麻煩雞煲,小辣唔算好辣,除左辣椒仲加左啲花椒落去,少少麻辣好過癮。而且個汁勁濃勁香,雞件勁入味,肉質亦唔會老好滑易咬

食完雞煲打邊爐就基本,配料上選擇亦好多,我地揀左啲索汁既雞脾菇同豆腐,未加水之前就連埋啲雞一齊煲,等到吸晒啲濃汁食勁香口

肥牛厚身重肉味,食落亦唔會好鞋,價錢都唔貴,好食又抵食

不得不提呢個紫菜響鈴,自家鮮炸,上枱仲係熱辣辣勁脆身,中間包左紫菜食落味道更多層次,比起一般響鈴好食勁多,講真真係好impressive,一定要試!
