唉，牛雜粗麵勁快上台！睇落雖然好似唔係好多，但係好似好新鮮 幫佢打完卡之後就食啦，忍唔住！叫佢俾請Tong佢就有走汁 好新鮮啊，不過份量唔係多，面就係正常一九size幾好味，煙煙韌韌唔鍾意食咁多碳水化合物嘅我都食吓食吓食晒牛蒡牛費同牛肚都好新鮮不過牛肚就有啲磅，以為呢個份量係正常嘅，但係一見到隔離嗰台，可能個客人係熟客成日去食見佢哋有傾有講，份量多勁多！牛雜好立體好高薪而且佢個肚係金錢肚仲要好好🥲搞到我亦都好傷心冇計啦，呢啲都係睇彩數。。。牛腸就有肥膏正常，我唔記得叫佢走牛腸阿媽個豬紅魚片粥過嚟一陣都想，下午茶餐配炒麵都係$30。如果唔係用膠兜上會更加好，感覺會健康呢！豬紅好新鮮份量都幾多，魚片都幾普遍見到有，不過真係似得幾薄整體而言呢個價錢質素OK啦，係我有啲白行份量有啲少，牛費睇落三嚿其實都係好薄好細嘅 整體滿足，兩點幾食會小人啲坐得舒服啲 continue reading

其實都真係幾唔好食

呢一日嘅早上去咗馬鞍山，唔係去商場食，而係去食街市入面嘅牛腩米。簡單嚟講，呢一間嘅嘢食真係幾難食。點解咁講？因為好地地一碗牛腩米，竟然可以煮到腍得過份，明顯地係有少少開始變得糊狀，可能係老人家顧客居多啦。講返啲牛腩，唔夠好食嘅主要原因係牛味唔夠，難聽啲講句，似煲完湯之後嘅牛腩。啲肉味已經走曬，所以的而且確係唔合格。其實我應該要留意到呢度嘅牛腩可能唔夠好食，因為見唔到有幾多台嘅客人係會嗌牛腩通常都係嗌啲港式早餐，煎雙蛋火腿腸個之類。 continue reading
