今日午飯時間近近地去左呢度食午餐,可能因為比較晏嘅關係所以都唔多人。首先環境方面真係好好一般,而且無論餐具,檯面,地下,裝修等等都唔算乾淨,不過價錢方面就唔算貴,所以都還可以。我就叫左個土魷肉餅飯嘅午餐,加埋杯凍檸檬茶就$48,唔算貴。肉餅無太多嘅肥豬肉,而且亦都有土魷嘅鮮味,味道都算唔錯,除左衛生同環境方面差左d之外,如果純粹想醫飽個肚嘅話,呢間餐廳都可以一試,平日黎食嘅話就更加有學生餐,會更抵食。

Previously this spot used to be MATHY which whipped up decent and delicious Chinese dishes.Unfortunately it closed and it got replaced by some pub which also closed.Now it is Tak Cheung which seems to have been quite successful even though their dishes don't appeal to me when I walk past.Walked past one day and saw Lemon Chicken which is something I would try so went in.When it came, the sauce had curdled like lemon curd looking like failed custard.In terms of taste, I loved the sauce as it was

When it came, the sauce had curdled like lemon curd looking like failed custard.

In terms of taste, I loved the sauce as it was very acidic but I wouldn't describe it as lemon though.
It was a mix of orange and lemon.

The chicken was hard and dry but then then I didn't have any expectations because meat in Hong Kong is not edible.

嗰日星期日得閒d去咗寳琳行街,聽住附近朋友講話德昌開咗分店就順道去試下。呢度出名魚蛋粉,我當然要試下係咪咁正。一上枱蒜香撲鼻,第一時間食片魚片,本人食開淡味所以覺得咸咗少少,但清湯又中和到,而魚蛋就啱味又爽口,鍾意個河粉好滑。老公就叫咗個晚餐 乾炒牛河配薏米冬瓜豬𦟌湯。牛河熱辣辣上枱有鑊氣,我第一啖食落偏淡,但老公加咗辣醬就話啱啱好,食完碟底都冇多餘油,冇食到成口油笠笠個冬瓜湯落足料濃厚,唔似其他餐廳例湯水加鹽得個色,我搶咗老公碗湯飲咗9成叫多個腐乳通菜,個腐乳醬係我喜歡嘅嗰種咸酸辣,不是純咸味,聽講係自家調製係有分別。

住置:在富麗花園,稍偏,由寶琳地鐵站行去要大約5分鐘的時間。我家住在怡心園,所以尚算方便。裝修:全新裝修,設計頗為老土,但是勝在枱櫈夠寬闊,坐得舒服,奇怪的是餐具盤放在枱上而不是收藏在枱底櫃,好笑的是2人枱放了餐具盤已經佔了差不多一半位置!小弟一向愛食魚蛋粉,九龍城德昌算是其中一間有質量的魚蛋粉餐廳。這新開的分店當然也立刻去試食。魚蛋,魚片,真的完全是完裝九龍城德昌口味,豬肉丸感覺更彈口,絕對值得大家一試,喜歡辣味的朋友,一定要加德昌自制的辣油。前天晚上也去試試晚飯小菜,頗夠鑊味,是這區茶餐廳沒有的,值得一試。
