Previously this spot used to be MATHY which whipped up decent and delicious Chinese dishes.Unfortunately it closed and it got replaced by some pub which also closed.Now it is Tak Cheung which seems to have been quite successful even though their dishes don't appeal to me when I walk past.Walked past one day and saw Lemon Chicken which is something I would try so went in.When it came, the sauce had curdled like lemon curd looking like failed custard.In terms of taste, I loved the sauce as it was

In terms of taste, I loved the sauce as it was very acidic but I wouldn't describe it as lemon though.
It was a mix of orange and lemon.

The chicken was hard and dry but then then I didn't have any expectations because meat in Hong Kong is not edible.
