好掛住綿綿嘅粥,特登行去上環食粥,好味又抵食,份量足,性價比高。閒日晚上6點半仲未多人,一到7點開始好爆好多人。我地點左2個粥,叫左炸両同炒麵,最後叫埋炒米。魚片艇仔粥 $25好多料呀,有魷魚、肉碎、魚片、魚肚……加少少胡椒粉,正呀。啖啖都有魷魚同魚肚,魚片又嫩滑無骨。粥底好綿滑又香,好味。生滾牛肉粥加窩蛋 $38+6好大碗,先搞勻個蛋黃,好快變蛋花粥,入口更香滑,生滾粥比熱,好岩冬天食。牛肉好多,肉質嫩腍,煮得剛好。炸両 $16大大碟好夠飽,加左甜醬、麻醬,記得加埋芝麻,更香口。混醬嘅調味之下,粉皮好夠味,厚度都剛好,再滑d更完美。油炸鬼仲有少少脆,正喎。炒麵 $16好香好惹味,有d鑊氣,個麵爽身唔痴,有豉油香。炒米 $16可能尾水,全部碎哂斷開,亦都無咩味,唔好食。

Scrolled for cheap resto in Central during work, and accidentally discovered this congee resto which offered different kinds of congee inexpensively. .I got Sampan and Pig Red Congee. Hotly-served, the congee was smooth. Four large cubes of pig red was given and the ingredients of sampan was generous too. The minced pork tasted savoury and the squid was chewy. Just that the pig red could be more flavourful. .Great value for money and I believed it was super hard to find a resto which sold food in such a cheap price in Central. .The resto was quite crowded, so it was mainly for quick lunch and most people did take away. The staff, esp the old grandma owner, was nice to the customers. A resto filled with 人情味.

行入去這家店,食早餐嘅人潮湧湧,我點咗碗熱騰騰嘅碎牛肉粥同埋一對炸兩,真係撲鼻香呀!碎牛肉粥嘅米粒爽滑,每啖都好似輕輕搓過喉嚨咁,再加上嗰啲嫩滑嘅牛肉🍖,真係好夾!而炸兩啲油條嘅外皮香脆得嚟唔會咬落去太油膩,包埋腸粉嘅口感真係惹味到不得了!想話俾你知,嗰啲芝麻醬味道正,完美補充返炸兩嘅味道。仲有,我哋叫咗份炒麵,平時食炒麵驚油太重,但呢度嘅麵條一啲都唔會過油,鑊氣足,每條麵條都包裹住淡淡豉油香,真係好夠味!加埋啲芽菜,提提鮮,食落更爽口。真係冇得頂,係咁「吖嗱撈𠵌㗎」!🍜 見到隔離枱嘅哋位叫咗塊煎堆,香香脆脆嘅,佢哋食得好開心,下次我都一定要試吓!局外人望落真係好有食欲添!總之,想要一個港式早餐嘅正宗體驗,未走到別處啦,先嚟呢度試吓!👍

好多早餐店都係好早閂門,忠記有別一般嘅粥店。呢間粥店除咗會做早市,仍然做到晚市。多年係到開店營業屹立不倒,裏面除咗有一般嘅粥仲會有埋生滾粥。每次嚟到我必定會叫一碗生滾粥。 價錢嚟講$20-35非常之抵食, 30幾蚊有一碗生滾粥,加$5 -8可以加配料。唔食生滾粥普通粥都有,價錢大約$24 起。除咗粥,我覺得最好食嘅係佢哋嘅油炸鬼,熱辣辣,同埋係新鮮每日製造,唔似得一般啲油炸鬼係工場嗰度拎過嚟返炸完之後太脆同埋整得太乾。
