To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次幫襯， 外賣两個小菜， 落單（包括飲品）叫乜冇乜之餘， 不停推其他菜式，結果中哂伏。 唔會再有下次！超難食！！！！火腩龍躉頭腩煲， 話啲龍躉好新鮮， 結果成盒大部分係好乾硬嘅燒肉， 魚少到慘不忍睹， 又唔係佢講到咁新鮮，成盒嘢得個鹹字！堅嬲鹹蛋蒸手剁肉餅，諗住自稱手剁都唔太差， 點知口感十足十機絞肉碎撈埋剁唔爛嘅筋肉，直頭想掉哂落垃圾桶！唔識煮請不要靠害！大家請小心！不要中伏！

班「靚」請食飯預祝父親節，當然又去新 Canteen《新哥廚房》啦，總動員更要包場食私房菜 ! 😂 除了餐牌的招牌菜外，加碼燉湯及海鮮點少得! 今次大家想飲杏汁白肺湯，海鮮就係元貝及龍蝦 ! 😂👍😋 龍蝦用花雕酒蒸後切片凍食，有新意又特別，龍蝦頭腳一隻椒鹽堂食，一隻打包俾我回家二次創作! 😂😂😂 今次又有雪媚娘做甜品，有榴槤及芒果味，超滿足呀！🙊🤩😋 新哥又特別預備了木瓜雪梨雪耳糖水給我們，超滋潤呀！🙏🤩😋 還有，新哥斬左隻客家咸雞俾我地試食，嘩 ... 好正👍👍👍，採用走地雞，肉質煙韌嫩滑，連胸肉都很滑呀 ! 😋😋😋 一定要Encore！😍😋😂
