To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次幫襯, 外賣两個小菜, 落單(包括飲品)叫乜冇乜之餘, 不停推其他菜式,結果中哂伏。 唔會再有下次!超難食!!!!火腩龍躉頭腩煲, 話啲龍躉好新鮮, 結果成盒大部分係好乾硬嘅燒肉, 魚少到慘不忍睹, 又唔係佢講到咁新鮮,成盒嘢得個鹹字!堅嬲鹹蛋蒸手剁肉餅,諗住自稱手剁都唔太差, 點知口感十足十機絞肉碎撈埋剁唔爛嘅筋肉,直頭想掉哂落垃圾桶!唔識煮請不要靠害!大家請小心!不要中伏!

鹹蛋蒸手剁肉餅,諗住自稱手剁都唔太差, 點知口感十足十機絞肉碎撈埋剁唔爛嘅筋肉,直頭想掉哂落垃圾桶!

班「靚」請食飯預祝父親節,當然又去新 Canteen《新哥廚房》啦,總動員更要包場食私房菜 ! 😂 除了餐牌的招牌菜外,加碼燉湯及海鮮點少得! 今次大家想飲杏汁白肺湯,海鮮就係元貝及龍蝦 !  😂👍😋  龍蝦用花雕酒蒸後切片凍食,有新意又特別,龍蝦頭腳一隻椒鹽堂食,一隻打包俾我回家二次創作! 😂😂😂  今次又有雪媚娘做甜品,有榴槤及芒果味,超滿足呀!🙊🤩😋 新哥又特別預備了木瓜雪梨雪耳糖水給我們,超滋潤呀!🙏🤩😋 還有,新哥斬左隻客家咸雞俾我地試食,嘩 ... 好正👍👍👍,採用走地雞,肉質煙韌嫩滑,連胸肉都很滑呀 ! 😋😋😋 一定要Encore!😍😋😂

一班老友見我在《新哥廚房》的美食,要求帶他們前往品嚐! 就趁老友生日,前往慶祝吧! 新哥特別預備了四小碟頭盤,在食大餐前叫醒味蕾,份外醒神。招牌菜(雞煲及客家酸菜魚)當然要試,雞煲十分野味,酸菜魚大大塊魚片嫩滑,部分老友認為酸菜若酸多少少會更好,我就較喜歡酸酸辣辣,恰到好處。冰梅欖角骨一樣無失分,豬扒骨炸得酥脆,冰梅欖角醬酸甜適中,大家一口又一口食。清炒白菜仔及紅燒野菌豆腐清清地,使味蕾休息一會。生日飯當然要有麵及壽桃包,豉油皇炒麵很爽口,不一會已照鏡。特別要求的壽桃包大大個,原粒咸蛋黃流晒油,蓮蓉不太甜,經理說專誠在大酒家為我們訂製。特別要求菜色一定不少得。燉湯要杏汁白肺湯,材料火候十足,杏仁香膿撲鼻,每盅兩大塊豬肺又稔又滑,大家讚口不絕! 我們更要求代買海鮮加工,壽星女喜食乾煎蝦,便豉油王煎中蝦,一放上枱,鑊氣仍撲鼻,蝦肉爽口彈牙,配上豉油,鮮味提升,連殼都脆呀! 另一清蒸長腳蟹,四斤半,大大隻,實肉鮮甜,人人舉起大拇指稱讚,例行公事,未食先影相,紅紅的長腳蟹一點兒怕羞也沒有。今次又有雪媚娘甜品,有芒果、金奇異果及榴槤三款味,超正! 街坊小菜加燉湯海鮮,免收加一,真的節省不少! 老

曾任《寶湖集團》主廚新哥和梁經理自立門户,開設《新哥廚房》。趁著疫情緩和並有晚市,特別帶媽咪和家人前往品嚐新哥的美食! 餐牌食物街坊價,招牌菜當然要試新哥招牌雞煲,原味及麻辣一齊試,雞煲十分野味,嗜辣的我當然喜歡麻辣味,部分家人則喜歡原味,各有千秋。另一道客家酸菜魚,魚片大大塊又嫩又滑,酸菜不太咸不太酸,辣味就住我們口味,恰到好處。梅菜扣肉炆得夠火候,冰梅欖角骨的豬扒骨炸得酥脆,加入冰梅欖角醬,酸甜度適中,送飯至正。甜酸辣後,試一口紅燒野菌豆腐,令味蕾回復平靜,籠仔金蒜蝦球蒸飯的蝦球爽口,配合蒜蓉蒸飯,開胃之選。《新哥廚房》雖是茶餐廳格局,但有新哥坐陣,我們特別要求他專誠做久違了的燉湯及炆鵝掌。川芎白芷天麻大魚頭湯用料十足,香膿美味,未開蓋已香味撲鼻,鵝掌炆得稔滑,媽咪大讚「就是這味道啦」! 我們更要求代買海鮮加工,白灼蝦可嚐到蝦的鮮味,新鮮海蝦蝦肉很爽口,大大隻肥美元貝煎後加上豉油,令元貝鮮味更提升。雖然小店經營,卻可品嚐到大酒樓美食,並有求必應,免收加一,節省不少! 更出乎意外是,梁太特別做了一份神秘的甜品給媽咪品嚐! 嘩嘩嘩,不得了,是大白雪媚娘! 這份甜品真係超特別,相信無餐廳
