天氣咁凍,本身諗住落廟街食煲仔飯,搜尋之下見到這間打邊爐好似不錯,就來試一試,地鐵一出都要行兩三條街先到,不是在旺街,我哋都搵左一陣先去到由於冇定位,去到好多人,不過證明我哋應該冇揀錯,七點去都等左半個鐘先有位去到先立即叫個雞煲,味道比較濃郁和牛,超靚,一睇就知唔使多講本地手切肥牛,好新鮮,相比和牛之下就爭啲,不過牛味當然比較重新鮮雞腸,呢個真係一流,第一新鮮不是周圍都有,第二好味嘅就係一定要大有肥膏珊瑚旁貴妃旁,都係一樣咁新鮮這間的食材的確幾好,最緊要係新鮮,他們重要很多海鮮選擇下次可以再試

昨晚難得幾個好姐妹有空聚會,打下邊爐傾下心事,有個姐妹有喜了!大家也很開心!叫了很多食品,手切牛,雞子,廣島蠔,魚雲,粟米,牛骨髓,菜……等等大家喜歡的食物,湯底係菜乾豬肺湯!湯底煲滾之後大家即刻試飲奶白色的湯底,感覺味淡,都係冬瓜田雞窩湯底好好多,但感覺火鍋紙上的價錢唔同咗同碟頭細咗,以前嘅牛骨髓係好長一條,依家切成小段,份量係以前嘅半碟咁!以前我同閨蜜最愛食田雞,今次唔敢叫,因為依家變成時價……😰😰😰,以前係$40幾一碟㗎嘛!其他用料都沒太大分別,都係感覺碟頭細咗!手切牛仍然係主打好味!飲咗成打啤酒埋單每人$270,價錢差唔多啦!

自從上次在小肥牛吃過令人滿意的水餃後,心思思想再嚐美味的出品;成品上來脹卜卜的好可愛,滿心歡喜的期待將它吞下肚,一夾開內餡見到兩隻蝦仔、少許木耳絲和一大堆透明像棉花的東西,細看下驚覺全是不折不扣的肥肉,真的好-恐-怖!將它分屍後試了一口,感覺仍然很油很膩很嘔心,勉強吃了一粒後交給男友處理,難為他即使將那些肥肉夾出來仍吃剩兩粒。

兩個人埋單近五百元,綜觀食物水準一般,只有牛肉是好吃,其餘都不過不失,加上那令我震驚的肥肉水餃,市面上有很多其他的選擇,不會再來了。

來過這不下十次了因為父親大人喜歡這的手切牛肉,每次晚市都很多人。火煱店食材用料新鮮度很重要,由於人流多食料自然去得快多數會比較新鮮。鴛鴦湯底:$58小吃: 比一般魚片頭較薄片即炸金黃但比較油膩,炸魚皮則一般份量多但不夠脆。大部份食物都新鮮,色澤鮮艷。醉蝦選用大蝦帶酒香很出色。油脂分佈紋理清晰牛肉有一定質素保證,鮮牛味很濃郁也不會因為灼過時變得太韌。

打邊爐都係鐘意去依種舊鋪,因為新物新鮮,取價公道,感覺所比既公都係去曬食物果到。新明記,裝修不算太光鮮,幸好冷氣尚算夠強。湯底選了,蕃茄豬骨,材料新鮮。火鍋料叫左蠔、脆肉鯇、手切牛、雞腸、牛脷。蠔夠新鮮脆肉鯇鮮雞腸夠肥牛脷爽特別要一讚既係雞腸同手切牛,雞腸爽,夠肥夠味正~而手切牛脂肪分佈平均,好食。
