即興約食飯唔知食乜好就決定大包圍打邊爐烚下烚下!朋友推介呢間港式邊爐,於是夜晚時間就直接walk in一坐低先揀個湯底,要左個招牌豬骨煲,個湯底本身已經好足料,有多舊豬骨,仲有蘿蔔、粟米等等,試咗啖湯都好鮮甜。打邊爐料方面叫咗本地手切肥牛、鮮蝦手工水餃、魚皮餃、鮮鵝腸、肉眼筋、白膳片、花皮片同油麥菜另外再叫左個小食麻辣皮蛋本地手切肥牛肉味香濃,不過脂肪分布就較少,所以無咁重油香但就食多幾片都唔會覺得漏!水餃建議必叫,蝦好新鮮彈牙,水餃調味做得好好,不禁令人一粒接一粒咁食。鮮鵝腸超級肥美,係膽固醇之選🤣好耐無見啲咁肥嘅鵝腸啦!肉眼筋又係必叫,口感爽口,食落有啲似豬頸肉,唔係好多地方有呢款肉叫,建議黎到要試一試。其他材料都係新鮮,味道正常,整體偏好。麻辣皮蛋個人就無食,但同行朋友表示譚x嘅做得好食啲。要試地道港式風味一定要試港式邊爐!而新明記就做到非常港嘅味道~

新明記 打邊爐真係好食,每次去到必叫象拔蚌刺身,就算得我地2個人去都會開一條食,真係好新鮮,擺盤有心機,食完後開始打邊爐必叫豬肺湯底,夠足料,湯黎到先飲一碗潤下先,豬肺好好食,然後開始落花竹蝦,蝦好大隻,最鍾意食咁大隻蝦,同埋無黑色腸,最怕食蝦有黑色腸出現,另水餃係店內新鮮包好,餡內嘅蝦都較大隻,我比較喜歡食素,故每次都會叫竹笙食~台灣蠔都大隻厚肉有蠔味,~淮山麵每次都會叫兩個麵,一個堂食,另一個麵會煮好後打包返屋企宵夜啊…

價錢就中規中矩啦,海鮮貴啲,我見到象拔蚌都有$1000.1隻,啲人叫海鮮(見到有蚌、鮑魚、蝦)同埋刺身拼盤都係$1000左右幾大兜。不過我哋冇食啦,淨係叫啲牛肉$250蚊一碟,蟶子$40.1條,三個人total食咗$1000。我諗都係街坊生意都幾多人幫襯。可以一試,唔食都冇蝕底😂咗幾多日呀?幾多次啊?

平日去到都爆場 成場冇一張吉枱
咁我哋有兩位朋友食辣兩位唔食辣
咁就叫咗一個蕃茄薯仔豬骨湯底
同埋一個麻辣湯底
個蕃茄湯底真係好蕃茄成個煲都係紅色
而個麻辣湯底都好夠辣
據我所知呢間火鍋店佢哋旗下有一間點心舖
所以佢哋啲水餃係好好食因為係點心師傅包嘅
果然真係好好食 我打邊爐從來都唔食水餃

呢間邊爐成日都坐滿人,walk-in 有位十分好彩。突然好想食醉雞,於是叫左個醉雞鍋。味道其實唔錯,可惜d藥材太碎,好似越食越混濁甘,蓋過左酒香。雞件份量多,又夠滑,整體唔錯。象拔蚌好靚,兩個人食唔到一條,好在可以要半條($680),fit晒,切片厚度剛剛好,爽脆新鮮,唔錯唔錯!另外再加兩隻蟶子,淥完仲係好大隻,好似大約$30隻,抵!手切肥牛每次必點,維持到水準,夠新鮮、牛味十足唔會韌。魚卜有七件大大條,落水縮少少,不過好滑好彈牙,口感一流。自家雜餃第一次食,係意外驚喜,新鮮上枱唔會雪到硬晒,調味唔錯,估唔到餃都做得甘出色。其他竹笙海帶木耳生菜都幾好,成餐都好滿足,飽到捧住肚走。

其他竹笙海帶木耳生菜都幾好,成餐都好滿足,飽到捧住肚走。

突然之間好想打邊爐,就揀咗呢一間屋企附近嘅打邊爐,佢附近都有好幾間都係打邊爐嘅鋪頭咁就是呢一間啦今次,二話不說我哋都帶咗個湯底啦,肥牛啦,墨魚滑,手打牛丸蝦丸,肥牛一到嘅時候我哋都忍唔住話一聲估唔到個份量都幾多二百零蚊可以食到咁新鮮嘅肥牛仲要係好紅嘅紅嘅肥牛,真係好值得推介,每一樣食材都好新鮮最緊要係呢一樣野所以下次打邊爐一定唔會再揀返呢一間。

朋友食飯,訂左枱8點食,去到坐下,已經聞到陣陣豬骨煲既味,伙記都推介比我地,之後叫左手切肥牛同一些火鍋配料。煲黎到飲左少少湯,feel到非常足料,試埋佢個手切肥牛,因為每塊都唔厚,碌兩碌就食得,放入口,重重既牛肉味,因為脂肪比例均勻,有少少入口即溶既感覺👍🏻朋友聚聚既好地點

昨晚一早六時訂了坐,点了手切肥牛。誰不知上枱居以是一碟冰凍雪過的牛肉,但看到另一枱卻是新鮮的肥牛。很明顯是给我們昨天賣剩放進雪櫃内的牛肉。問店員為何價錢一樣,但给雪過的剩牛,他知吾以对,說甚麽冰凍才易切,簡直不知所謂。這樣將雪過賣剩的牛肉上枱给客人的經營手法實在太另人失望了。已前將此食店例為喜爱的食店之一,今天立即栅除。從始不再光顧。

唔可以錯過、唔可以錯過、唔可以錯過(重要嘅嘢要講3次)😬 連夏天都會掛住嘅火鍋,每次必點材料非常豐富嘅“豬骨煲”👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼,仲有一定不可決小嘅“手切霜降牛肉”👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼,同埋時令海鮮“蟶虸皇”👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼,其他火鍋材料都好新鮮㗎,一定有啱自己嘅選擇。烚到咁上下,骨煲入面嘅蘿蔔、粟米已吸收了湯嘅精華鮮甜無比,同時豬骨、雞腳亦煮到軟軟的口感剛好,我哋每次嚟最後都會加埋“淮山麵”,然後就一定清晒成煲至滿足👍🏼👍🏼😋。
