話説國內朋友來香港,但一直説香港沒什麼好食,我説試一下新漢記,這也是我打的第一篇食評新漢記是區內老店,煙火氣十足,客人多數是街坊,伙計和食客有時閒話家常,有時更會推杯換盞,90年代的老香港味,瞬間在面前展現,朋友沒我奄尖,整晚好吃之詞不絶於耳,但寫食評就要平心而論。。。新漢記可以説是我對朋友第一間推薦的香港食店,原因不是有多完美,有多好味,有多好服務,推薦給朋友重點是這是我認為香港的味道,我就是在這煙火氣中吃著長大上枱不夠一分鐘,已經被秒殺了3分之二👇 continue reading

新漢記係經常同朋友麻甩飯聚嘅大排檔之一🍻,水準一向有保證,特別係幾樣每次都必點嘅菜色:例如煎鱔,起肉煎香入口爽彈焦香,鱔肉油脂豐富一口咬開滿嘴鱔油加上表面收乾左嘅焦香醬汁,齒頰留香。🤤油浸筍殼,炸到外皮香酥內裡嫩滑多汁,汁醬啱啱好可以掛得上魚身表面,同筍殼魚容為一體👍豉油皇炒麵,先講麵嘅質地,有咬口唔會散,淋或者炒到斷哂,每一條麵上面都貼滿左啱啱好收乾帶有濃濃焦香嘅豉油,加上少少葱蒜等佐料豐富左炒麵嘅風味,又係必點之一。其他唔多講都係正常發揮,反而想講講炸豆腐今次叫左雙拼我諗師傅可能一齊炸,豆腐口感同食味都麻麻地不在水準👎 continue reading

上星期六晚與朋友一家人帶埋小朋友去記土瓜灣舊區食傳統小炒風味小菜,小菜鑊氣、味道、質素、食物對版、氣氛和諧、環境雖然夠但舒適衛生,所有食物都對口味,侍應阿姐飯店老細亦親切有禮,老派作風但街坊般隨意。我們一行7人(4大3小)點了八樣食物:-1)鮑魚炆雞煲2)椒鹽墨魚餅3)生炒排骨4)椒鹽鮮魷併牛仔骨粒粒5)韭菜花主客肉6)煎蠔餅7)油泡筍殼魚8)鹹酸菜胡椒豬肚豬蜆湯除咗呢啲小菜,再加五個白飯、一碗粥、一枝大藍妹、二枝細汽水,唔算好平,但又唔係貴,平均每人$182 度,也算經濟抵食,最緊要碟頭夠大,每樣餸菜都煮得好有心機,好好食!最難得係食完又唔係好口渴,值得捧場。尤其係碟油泡筍殼魚,豉油調校得啱啱好,唔會太咸帶少少甜味,整條魚炸到香脆酥軟,外鬆脆內肉質仍然軟熟香甜,我朋友太太讚不絕口,其實呢碟魚我每次必叫,因為比起其他地方起碼平1/3。 continue reading
