7月5日揾食肥華,諗住帶靚媽及細仔仔,呢兩個胡椒豬肚湯粉絲,到此店飲佢嗰個,在食評上甚有好評嘅,胡椒豬肚花甲湯,無可否認,此店呢個湯嘅配料及食材,都喺得嘅,可惜就喺個主角,胡椒湯底,唔夠熱,味道偏淡,突出唔到啲胡椒味,令肥華一行三人對此湯感到失望,此湯祗值C+評分,而今晚最好味嘅食品,就喺嗰碟,鹵水鵝片及豬潤子浸時菜,此兩款食品都有A級評語,而個乾燒牛仔骨,細仔仔話味道亦可以,所以俾個A佢,至於個韮菜豬紅,主角豬紅好食,可惜啲韮菜好老又嗦得油太多,此味菜衹可俾個B分佢,值得一提,此店嘅服務員工嘅工作態度喺超越,呢類街坊平民飯店水準,員工個個待客有禮,有交流,呢種服務,肥華要俾👍👍👍給此店侍應員工 continue reading

昨晚來到這間潮式大排檔,菜式非常吸引,且夠鑊氣👍🏽口味鹹淡適中,不像一般大排檔偏鹹。菜式夠晒鑊氣,出品夠快!潮式蠔餅的話,自己喜歡酥脆的!蠔仔大大隻,超肥美!點了一個燒汁鐵板茄子,茄子炸過,再用上鐵板和燒汁,口感層次豐富,推介!避風塘炒蟹,肉蟹剛剛熟,火候控制得很好!配料都很好食,給我吃光光!不點海鮮的話,價錢還可以。這間餐廳下午五時半開門,營業到凌晨兩點,宵夜推介!唯一缺點是比較嘈吵🤭 吃的是氣氛和食物,如果想好好的聊天,首先要練下中氣😂 continue reading

兩個人去叫餸食飯其實有時都真係好難搞,因為好多野都想食,但係又食唔晒,不過今日竟然食到一個小食兩個餸仲加埋一個湯都真係無得頂。小食就係韭菜豬紅,呢間嘅韭菜豬紅都唔錯,D豬紅有味但係又唔無太鹹,不過D韭菜就少咗D。第一個餸就係一個例牌嘅鹵水拼盤,入面有鵝腸、紅腸、豬耳仔、墨魚、豬大腸,另加大豆牙菜墊底。佢個鹵水只屬一般,好在唔係好鹹,不過明顯地唔香。全晚最掂係個胡椒豬肚湯浸花甲,D花甲比想像之中要多,都幾鮮味。個胡椒豬肚湯除咗D豬肚唔係好新鮮之外其他的都OK,胡椒味唔會太濃,鹹酸菜嘅味都算調得適中。叫埋2碗白飯每人$170左右,收貨啦。 continue reading

好多時我都中意玩吓煮飯仔,突然間想記一D菜式就買材料煮,煮完後充滿滿足感!今次心血來潮想煮豆腐火腩,行咗三間燒味店居然搵唔到靚燒肉,連蔥都買唔到!女友熊熊 whatsapp 問 "今晚食咩呀?"熊出沒注意!"今晚唔煮飯呀!出街食啦!"連蔥都買唔到,著火中....."咁去邊間呀?""....... 葉記大排檔啦"腦海突然間閃出葉記,我相信自己嘅第六感,就冲口而出講去葉記.點咗椒鹽豆腐粒,炸豬大腸,見到隔離枱啱啱有胡椒豬肚浸大花甲上枱,大大份夠台型,於是點咗一客.正確嚟講,應該叫新葉記,連menu都轉埋,相信應該轉手鳥.椒鹽豆腐比其他餐廳更大粒,外表超脆豆腐軟滑,滿意.炸豬大腸份量比隔離楚撚記多,雖然味道係楚撚記好D,但我情願抵食夾大件.我唔太中意食豬肚,所以一件都無食,唔知道味道,湯底充滿胡椒味,飲兩啖成身滾哂.花甲名符其實,每隻都大大隻,但唔係殼大肉細,我就人到花甲命酸,枱上嘅花甲肉嫩,唉.... 對比強烈!轉咗名叫新葉記,菜式同服務都比以前更好,支持! continue reading
