早上去元朗做嘢，做到成1點鐘先走得，已經好肚餓，睇吓附近有咩食，行經安寧路見有人推銷就入咗去呢間新記燒鵝叉燒皇，飯店裝修新整，應該係新開業，睇吓餐牌都唔算平，叫咗招牌貨燒鵝叉燒飯送例湯，例湯都唔錯。燒鵝叉燒飯，燒鵝比咗胸位啖啖肉，不過份量就真係好似少咗啲，燒鵝鵝肉有味，皮脆有油香。叉燒都好食，肉質鬆軟夠味，唯獨又係份量太少。加杯凍咖啡要加8蚊，咖啡合格。元朗呢區嚟講，呢間燒味算係中上，但定價就進取咗少少，份量又唔進取，雖然味道唔錯，但唔難怪點解無乜客。 continue reading

依間叉燒同燒腩仔堅好食

元朗條條街都有燒臘檔，價錢有平有貴，想搵一間似樣d嘅叉燒都唔係咁容易依檔新記燒臘，其實買就買兩三次，難得次次都咁好食新開張見無人寫食評，就入黎支持下叉燒咬落好有質素，肥嘅地方爽口、瘦嘅地方鬆軟，識食嘅就知我講緊乜我大概晏晝4點鐘幾買，去咗附近行個圈返到屋企5點幾，但燒腩層皮仲係脆嘅可惜飯盒份量就比較少直接斬料抵食d依度係半斤叉燒加半斤燒腩仔價錢好似係$108足料因為我見到師傅佢會放上電子秤過磅下次再試下佢嘅燒鵝 continue reading
