2024年12月17日 星期二今晚約左幾個舊同事喺黃埔食飯,之前無諗定食咩,決定一齊周圍行睇下有冇餐廳推薦咁岩行到黃埔天地就見到呢間餐廳,做緊四人餐優惠,海報上面有勁多嘢食,即刻俾佢吸引咗入去,反正我哋就係四個人啱啱好入去坐低咗見到除咗四人餐之外,仲有好多嘢食可以揀,甚至有抵食孖寶提供優惠價食到兩款唔同嘅食物添等咗一陣前菜就首先送上,有涼拌海蜇,海蜇整得幾爽口,加埋麻油一齊食幾開胃,仲灑滿白芝麻添之後有刺身拼盤,每一款刺身都好新鮮,特別係牡丹蝦,冇諗過會咁大隻,而且肉質夠晒彈牙,仲有象拔蚌刺身同帶子添,咬落去好鮮甜終於輪到火鍋登場,我哋加錢要咗花膠雞湯,嚟到嘅時候見到個湯底真係落足料,除咗有好多雞件之外,仲有唔少花膠,令到個湯底好濃郁,充滿骨膠原,雞肉都好嫩滑食物都開始陸續送上,擺到成張枱都係,冇諗過咁豐富!!呢個係水飼豚梅肉,紋路好清晰,每一塊都切得好平均,淥咗一陣就已經熟晒,食落一啲都唔韌配料方面仲有鮮蝦韭菜餃同鮮蝦水餃,每粒都好飽滿落足料,咬落去真係大大粒蝦,而且餃子皮好薄跟住有新鮮白鱔片,切到好薄,淥一陣都已經完全熟透,肉質爽脆,雖然有魚骨,但都好易咬得到出嚟之後有本地鮮乳龍蝦,睇落去唔算好大隻,不過肉質好飽滿,而且咬落去鮮甜,仲有龍蝦膏添最後當然唔少得本地手切肥牛,切得好靚,完全見得到脂肪嘅比例好平均,淥熟之後肉味好濃郁,打邊爐真係唔可以冇咗肥牛!!埋單每人三百幾蚊左右,真係食到勁飽,冇諗過唔係任食都可以食到咁滿足!! continue reading

今日同幾位朋友過嚟黃埔打邊爐,呢間餐廳係其中一位朋友極力推介,入到餐廳,環境舒適,座位寬敞,我哋四個人坐大卡位啱啱好。一到達即刻點咗飲品,手打檸檬茶超大杯,唔會太甜,有一股清新嘅檸檬香味,配打邊爐一流👍我哋選擇咗一個四人餐,套餐食物款式超豐富,而且四個人先係$888,好抵😍花膠雞湯湯底(半隻)花膠湯底色澤金黃,望到已經知係濃濃嘅湯底,電源會喺我哋面前落半隻雞,再幫我哋剪,火鍋湯底滾後,已經聞到好香嘅雞湯味,我哋首先每人飲一碗,呢個湯真係真材實料,飲到唔想停🤣酒糟鴨舌呢個前菜同樣出色,有微微嘅酒香,而且鴨舌鮮嫩,好啱送酒。刺身拼盤入面有甜蝦,帆立貝,象拔蚌刺身,北寄貝,全部都好新鮮,而且帆立貝同甜蝦好大隻,冇諗過打邊爐嘅刺身都可以咁高質!脆鯇背腩片厚薄啱啱好,好脆好彈牙,涮幾秒就食得。本地鮮乳龍蝦我哋每人都可以食到龍蝦,龍蝦肉質結實,配上湯底更加鮮甜。本地手切肥牛牛肉油花均勻,而且牛肉味濃郁,每一口都是滿足!沖繩豚梅肉係唔係太鍾意食豬肉嘅我,竟然覺得呢一個沖繩豚肉好好食,好有口感,會係食到豬肉嘅甜味🥰另外套餐其他配料仲有鵝腸,手打墨魚丸,手工韭菜餃,新鮮水餃,金紗豆腐等等,我哋額外再點咗蔬菜拼盤,響鈴,炸魚皮,手工蝦滑等材料,全部都好新鮮,而且配料選擇款式十分多,滿足晒我哋每個人嘅口味。整體而言,呢一間餐廳不但性價比高,而且湯底同火鍋配料都十分出色,期待下一次快啲再嚟😍😍😍 continue reading

呢個位置間打邊爐近來轉咗名 唔肯定係咪同之前同一集團 但係賣啲嘢食都幾似 同樣係以花膠雞鍋做招來而家仲做緊一個新鮮四人套餐特價只係$888 就有勁多嘢食 仲可以+$198將湯底升級做花膠雞煲 啱曬而家天氣開始轉涼想打邊爐暖下胃打邊爐之前會有前菜同刺身拼盤 前菜我哋揀咗鴨舌 呢度嘅鴨舌係用酒浸過 只係醉雞嘅做法但係用就係鴨舌身上 味道非常唔錯 而刺身拼盤就有象拔蚌牡丹蝦等等嘅新鮮食材 非常鮮甜 而且冰鎮住 食落夠凍跟餐仲仲有魚類 龍蝦 肥牛 鮮蝦餃子 蔬菜拼盤等等嘅食材 非常豐富 尤其以龍蝦非常爽口彈牙 絕對係新鮮 放埋落花膠雞煲食 令個湯更加甜 鮮蝦餃子脹卜卜又爽口加上啖啖蝦肉 肥牛用嘅唔係平嘢 而係手切牛 所以食落好有牛味 仲有其他食材都好新鮮 呢個餐真係性價比十足酥脆蝦餅另外我哋加咗個蝦餅做小食 食得出係新鮮打起因為超級爽彈 唔會好多粉漿而係真係原隻蝦飲品當日做緊Hoegaarden買一送一 好抵飲 啤酒小姐仲會幫手用冰桶幫你冰鎮住啲啤酒 夠曬凍 continue reading
