To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係觀塘做完野,到下午茶時間緊係周圍搵下邊到有平靚正既茶餐食,上網見呢間餐廳都幾平,$19-$30不等,真係好似連鎖快餐店咁,掛左水牌係收銀檯隔離,凍飲都只係加$1,真係幾平🙈.環境好大,好空曠,個段時間去冇咩客人,加左單比姐姐好快就整好食物.炸雞脾薯條 $30 7/10交左飛比店員之後,佢先真係開始落鑊炸雞脾同埋薯條,食得出係翻炸,因為3分鐘左右就有得食😂兩者都好香脆,但薯條偏咸,落左好多鹽,雞脾外皮脆口,唔多肥膏,炸完唔會成隻碟都係油,肉都幾嫩滑,呢個價錢仲包埋杯飲品,算不錯👍🏻

係樓上返工,同事極力推介日昇快餐既燒味飯,特別係蜜汁雞脾返。因為唔多鐘意食肉,所以以前好小食燒味飯,估唔到試左呢個飯令我開始每一個月總會有兩三次想嚟買雞脾飯食。 佢個雞脾肉好滑 皮有小小脆,仲有就係蜜汁勁香甜,加埋香蔥同甜鼓油的確一流,師傅比既飯都好多,次次都好大碟,岩哂我呢d食極都唔飽既人。師傅態度好好,成為左熟客之後好有親切感😜*燒腩仔都好好味*佢地既早餐銀針粉都值得一試希望佢地朝早多d賣銀針粉,每次去既時候都賣哂😌

五月上旬•炎熱炎暑盛夏,往巡視「業務」。想起這工友食堂,來吃叉燒飯。標明燒味「自家」製,水準真的比同區的好一截。叉燒肉質好,不過腍也不靭。味不過甜,也有香味,以$31連例湯的燒味飯(加煎雙蛋同價)來説,交足功課。其實也不敢吃一次就推介,已經在此吃過三次了,都滿意。值得一提的是這裡的阿姐們服務唔錯,你吃叉燒飯佢會問要唔要薑蓉,盛起了待拿的例湯會不時換上熱的,一點不「hea做」。

星期六,半公半私的又陪了太太出走觀塘。也是我去尋訪觀塘工廠飯堂的好時光。這一日,太太建議了日昇中心的這一家飯堂,原因是便宜,而且比較佬,沒有我相陪也不太願意一個人入來的地方。喜愛尋幽的我當然同意,來試一試好壞也不是壤事。工廠飯堂,地方絕對不華麗,但絕對是夠大,絕對有空間去容納大半棟工廠大廈的工友用餐。有不同的取食物處,有中有西,也有燒臘,先購票後取食的形式,十分之傳統。而這一個飯堂又是那個什麼 Ga Ga 集團經營,這又是 "GaGa Ooh lala" 的一餐麼? Ooh lala 事件沒有發生在我身上,茹素的太太要的芝士蛋三文治竟然要做三次才做得對。起初是火腿蛋,之後變,冇變過回來,第三之拿回去,說要等一等,發現到水吧的三個阿姐,你推我推,冇人肯認是誰的錯,結果芝士蛋治出來了,那麵包依然是夾過火腿的那一片方包,Ooh lala! 太太說算了,吃了一半受不了殘餘的葷味而最後讓我去解決這三文治。而我就如常地食個公仔麵,這兒果然是一個快餐的飯堂,呢頭拿了張單去水吧,果頭我的麵已經整好,雞扒,雞蛋相信是一早煎好,"chok" 好個麵,加上了麵包內的湯粉包做味,簡單得來也太過簡單了,更甚的是,湯粉不知放了多少,有色但味不夠濃,而雞扒帶點硬,幸好是沒有過多的油。 奶茶不行,冇奶味,冇香味,落了糖也苦.......太簡單,太隨便,這一間 Gaga 飯堂,的確能令我唱起..."Gaga, ooh, la, la Want your bad romance"
