2024年06月05日(三)姐姐約食飯佢要去大排檔霸王雞$128豉汁蒸鱔$128啫啫粉絲蝦煲$128呢間嘢冇下次,一次都嫌多服務差:叫人攞水、落單,要三催四請,落單講食乜嘢,游魂咁,重複咁講咗四次先至落到單。嗌咗三樣嘢,超過40分鐘,要吹菜,先至係45分鐘見到第一碟餸,霸王雞。上菜三樣嘢都好熱,熱到燙咀,統一嘅問題係油多,好多油,味淡,連食霸王雞嘅薑蓉都沒有什麼味道,全部都Overcooked,霸王雞全熟,一啲滑嫩嘅感覺都沒有,好彩口感唔差肉老晒。豉汁蒸鱔,份量少,同隔籬店舖比少一半,但價錢一樣,過熟,鱔片全部都非常之彈牙,份量少,當中仲要有埋頭顱及尾巴,根本沒有肉。啫啫粉絲蝦煲,非常非常多油,啲蝦已經熟到縮埋一舊,我都唔知係彈牙定係對靭。大排檔環境都唔慌好㗎啦,近公廁,主要係服務、食物質素都完全唔掂,45分鐘先至上第一碟餸,真係好過分,三碟送上齊,超過一個鐘。職員藉口多單,做唔切,目測9成年上男,主要都係睇電視賭馬、飲啤酒及玩骰盅,叫碟小炒王喺度享受時光,唔怪得知隔離大排檔咁多人幫襯,適逢今日旁邊的大排檔放假先至被迫第一次光顧旺記,隔離新華記超級多人幫襯,上菜速度都係正常,絕對唔會比客人等45分鐘以上,仲要追2次才上一碟霸王雞。 continue reading

經過開元朗想去搵間小菜食,無意中發現依間旺記大排檔,憑着試吓既心態,意外發現每樣菜式很滿意,炸物即炸外脆內軟,小炒也很入味,水準不錯,老板娘也很好客,請了我們喝啤酒,還熱情推介元朗好去處,讓我渡過了愉快的晚上,現在有優惠,我點了魚皮嘗試一下,味道酸酸辣辣很開胃,性價比高 continue reading

爸爸生日飯~ 之前聽過話呢間幾抵食,所以去試下~唔多人,唔駛等位~ 仲可以坐室內~蜜汁牛柳薯仔粒,平時食嘅都係黑椒炒,呢個用左蜜糖,口感都唔錯~爸爸點的羊腩煲,好味~ d羊肉一d都唔"蘇",附送一籃生菜,個汁好夠味,生菜同枝竹都好入味~京都骨豉椒炒蜆皇牌小炒皇,好惹味~椒鹽九肚魚,好大件,炸得好鬆脆,亦都好惹味而不會太鹹~西蘭花炒鮮魷另一碟爸爸點的餸,白灼鵝腸,好爽口總括黎講,唔錯,份量都唔算細,而且唔會太鹹~ continue reading

附近其實有好幾間大排檔, 這些不起眼的大排檔已買少見少,今晚突然想吃海鮮所以決定試試,原來有室內的實在太好了。時間尚早人流不算多,待應送上餐牌後還介紹今晚的新鮮海鮮。太耐冇跟相公吃飽飽,一於來個大解放~~~隔離枱點了砵酒焗牛仔骨..好香好香,但我們不想吃牛所以點了滑滑的魚雲,份量一點都不少還有很多蔥在底,味道不錯十分香口。份量真不少, 面頭蓋滿肉片,只是比較油膩。這碟價值$120的蝦實在有點不太抵,但幸好海蝦新鮮蒜溶亦很多,還有些粉絲在底。而味道又不會太鹹,只是比心目中貴了點,下次自己試試整~一看..............很紅很紅,滿是紅色的辣椒油,配料竟然有芹菜和多原粒炸蒜頭,不過這味我覺得似辣油煮東風螺多過似辣酒,一點點酒味也沒有完全不香,只是覺得很油很油。東風螺亦不太新鮮,有點點腥味。其實味道是不錯份量很足夠,服務又很好下次一定會再來。 continue reading
