位於荃灣海之戀新開酒樓,餐桌擺設有心思,座位就稍擠逼,稍為熱鬧,加上星期日生意不錯,若閒日光顧會清靚一些。首輪滿座,次輪就翻到幾枱客。招呼算吾錯的。吸客賣點係特價乳豬,300幾蚊原隻上枱堂剪,我地6條友叫半隻就198,乳豬皮算脆,略肥,算抵食,基本上枱枱必叫。水晶雞都叫招牌菜,是冷盤,個人略嫌肉質未夠滑,但賣相佳。燉豬肺湯都話係馳名,質素OK啦!湯渣顯示真材實料的,半隻雞仔加大量瘦肉但豬肺吾多囉!最讚係柚子元貝,新穎菜式,元貝嫰滑。其他菜式中規中矩啦!人均消費270,一試無妨。

好朋友生日,今次已經係第二次嚟呢度慶祝,皆因上次大家食後都覺得呢間酒樓的食物很創新、很有水準、招呼亦不錯。今晚我哋6個人,開了2支紅酒,點了些招牌菜,最令人回味係蜂蜜柚子脆元貝,個個食完都讚不絕口。另外有個類似糖醋骨的招牌菜(忘記了名字),放了個孫悟空擺設,裏面加了乾冰,做出孫悟空噴煙的效果,很有意境,所以呢味菜印象特別深刻。其他的食物例如羊腩煲、蟹粉豆苗等均十分有水準,下次朋友飯局都會首選星之戀。
