很久未去過飲早茶,每次放假都比周公纏繞,起唔到身。今日難得放假,就約左阿爸阿媽去飲早茶。平日早茶時間,有很多上左年紀的公公婆婆,似乎係晨運完約埋三五知己去歎茶。而且早茶時間有多款特價點心,吸引大家早點起床。蝦餃蝦好大隻,皮薄餡靚。潮州粉果太厚皮,味道一般牛肉腸新鮮出爐,腸粉夠滑,但牛肉唔夠新鮮炸兩即叫即製,炸面仲脆,腸粉夠薄綿花雞雞唔新鮮,好大陣雪氣味,魚肚味道麻麻。點心除了蝦餃外,其他味道都係一般。 continue reading

今日要成6點幾先可以收工, 都無想過晚飯食咩之下,友人想食打邊爐, 大家都未試過此店就決定來試下.叫左個本地肥牛配枝竹魚腩湯底($238), 另外再點左四寶丸, 鵝腸, 田雞, 油麥菜.點餐後先上醬料格由自己任落自己喜歡既醬料, 對於醬怪既我, 自己就最喜歡咁做, 可以選擇自己喜歡任落既醬料湯底既魚腩煎熟後另上, 估唔到成個煲都給咁多魚肉認真抵食.再來既本地手切肥牛, 雖然唔算肥, 但每片都充滿牛味.再來既四竇太及鵝腸都唔錯, 鵝腸爽口, 自製四寶丸中我最愛蝦丸, 夠彈牙有蝦味.成晚我地最欣賞就係田雞, 即叫即整所以這碟田雞來時D肉仍然在跳動, 認真新鮮,灼過後肉嫩肥美又夠鮮甜, 值得一試. continue reading

春夏秋冬於太子有兩間, 還是覺得座落過境巴士站的這一間比較出色本身不愛以豬骨鍋作火鍋湯底, 皆因配料多得機乎永遠都吃不完, 棄掉太浪費, 不棄掉又阻礙著烚下焗下的暢快但這天友人要遲來, 所以先點豬骨鍋作餐前小食滿滿一鍋的豬骨湯底, 有超過十件豬骨, 才索價$68真超值, 有陣陣胡椒味但不算太濃, 要是多一點骨筒會更佳手切牛肉味濃有咬口, 中上之作, $88也合理$68六隻蝦太貴了吧?! 但海蝦味道也鮮甜彈牙木耳味清甜, $28亦是抵食之選水鱿也很爽口, 也是$28原以為是用作火鍋的生八爪魚, 但原來是"刺身"用, 切得很薄口感不足, 味道跟超市買到的貨色差不多吧, 不過不失珊瑚蚌爽口無異味, 帶子也鮮甜, 合格粉腸雖然不夠爆膏, 但$25有二十多條實在此料不及, 抵~各樣食物雖無超班水準, 但四平八穩, 就是抵吃~ continue reading

一路以為春夏秋冬好味,但原來甘差,服務又唔好,店員好似扮見唔客人 order 甘, 而且個爐 "神神地"。鴛鴦湯底:清湯好似清水甘;沙爹湯底味淡。生腸:好 “靱”。脆鯇片:一d都唔脆。帶子:唔夠鮮味。本地肥牛:牛肉唔香,肉質也 “鞋”。水餃:餡料唔爽香和新鮮。豬爽肉:唔肥美,肉唔嫩。墨魚滑:墨魚味淡,唔鮮甜。一句講晒:唔新鮮,唔美味,唔好服務!估唔到甘難食 !!! continue reading

趁未到暑假未熱到無晒胃口,所以就趁機去呢度打邊爐。記得早兩個月同一大班同學由夜晚7點食到半夜3點, 點會對呢間火鍋店無印象呀?夜晚8點唔夠去到,因為太座未到,本來都想行一陣先入去,但係記得上次一到8點就座無虛席,回心轉意之下,都係入去坐住等好過,好彩! 入到去只係剩返一張細枱,要多張都無;坐咗唔夠10分鐘就全塲爆晒。坐低第一時間除咗睇下有咩好食外,立即同經理講留一碟聖子俾我先!!!事關根據以往經驗,聖子係會好快賣晒嘅!因為入貨量唔多,但係又新鮮好食!!!之後,俾我見到象拔蚌剌身跟湯底有特價嘅單張,既然有平,唔駛諗啦,即刻叫番個先!因為我怕遲叫會無晒。另外,記得上次食條活魚好味又抵食,所以今次再叫多次,今日嘅係花蚌,上到枱個口仲擘擘下架!!!保證新鮮同即叫即切!!!現家用$98都唔知去邊度可以食到,仲要侍應見你食完後會立即同你拎咗去…….切番啲骨俾你打邊爐喎!!!真係好抵食又唔浪費架!!!由於已經叫咗咁多嘢而只得兩個人食,所以今次唯有罕有地唔叫雞子,不過,牛肉同菜就一定要叫架啦;唔食牛肉不如唔好打邊爐,係唔係?!呢度嘅本地手切牛肉雖然唔係啲咩貴價貨食,但係就同出邊較貴嘅有得揮,因為價錢實惠,而且份量夠同有牛肉味,打邊爐食太多油脂嘅肥牛我就覺得麻麻地,因為太肥膩喇!由於無我嘅至愛唐蒿,唯有退而求其次食皇帝菜,OK啦!呢味菜我話到有幾好食都唔會有人信啦,咪又係菜一碟。由於地點關係,呢度比較熱鬧同嘈雜,始終都係太子,但係侍應到無話人多而當我無到;鍾意飲啤酒嘅人就更加喜歡呢度,因為嚟親總會有一種啤酒做特價,而我呢次就咁啱係我最喜歡嘅品牌添。要食中價火鍋,呢度係我嘅不二之選! continue reading
