今日要成6點幾先可以收工, 都無想過晚飯食咩之下,友人想食打邊爐, 大家都未試過此店就決定來試下.叫左個本地肥牛配枝竹魚腩湯底($238), 另外再點左四寶丸, 鵝腸, 田雞, 油麥菜.點餐後先上醬料格由自己任落自己喜歡既醬料, 對於醬怪既我, 自己就最喜歡咁做, 可以選擇自己喜歡任落既醬料湯底既魚腩煎熟後另上, 估唔到成個煲都給咁多魚肉認真抵食.再來既本地手切肥牛, 雖然唔算肥, 但每片都充滿牛味.再來既四竇太及鵝腸都唔錯, 鵝腸爽口, 自製四寶丸中我最愛蝦丸, 夠彈牙有蝦味.成晚我地最欣賞就係田雞, 即叫即整所以這碟田雞來時D肉仍然在跳動, 認真新鮮,灼過後肉嫩肥美又夠鮮甜, 值得一試.
