同朋友係旺角打完波有d肚餓,又噤啱見到有間食日本嘢既食店,見佢個名叫(月禾居)幾有味道,一於入去試吓坐低睇到個和風海鮮鍋定食(少辣)好似幾好,除左海鮮鍋,還有白飯、味噌湯和小食,就選呢個啦!坐左10分鐘左右,熱辣辣既海鮮鍋送上,見個鍋都幾多海鮮有蜆、青口、魷魚、三文魚,還有金菇、花菇其他蔬菜,個湯飲落辣辣地好嘢味似辛辣麵個湯,蜆幾鮮、青口唔靭、魷魚彈牙,其他配料都可以。小食就係螺肉都幾好味,之於個味噌湯味道啱啱好唔太鹹,需然唔可以叫做頂級好味,但呢個價錢可接受而且飽肚。

坐左10分鐘左右,熱辣辣既海鮮鍋送上,見個鍋都幾多海鮮
有蜆、青口、魷魚、三文魚,還有金菇、花菇其他蔬菜,個湯飲落辣辣地好嘢味似辛辣麵個湯,蜆幾鮮、青口唔靭、魷魚彈牙,其他配料都可以。小食就係螺肉都幾好味,之於個味噌湯味道啱啱好唔太鹹,需然唔可以叫做頂級好味,但呢個價錢可接受而且飽肚。

見到食評不錯,於是特登離試試間餐廳。晚飯點了燒鯖魚,烏冬及三文魚刺身,落單時店員比較無禮貌,感覺好似唔想做你生意咁。。。三文魚刺身可以接受,鯖魚燒到變左魚乾咁,d肉要比力刨先食到,好少會燒到咁。。烏冬就好似屋企自己煮咁,豬骨湯底基本上係出前一丁加d麻油。價錢係還可以,但係旺角其實有更多選擇。

星期日大約6點半在旺角覓食,見呢間有手打烏冬又有串燒,門口仲寫住8點前結賬離座有88折,於是揀左呢間,點知....蕃茄湯底烏冬配炸餃子:見到個湯底顏色好靚同濃厚,好開心,點知個湯底係半點蕃茄味都無,只得酸味😖,碗内共有約10粒粟米,同一堆海帶,餃子就係正常的硬。串燒:雞軟骨-算正常,唔特別蒜蓉燒原條茄子-好香蒜蓉味,我先用筷子cut做幾份先食,一口咬落去,d油就係個尾度好似水喉咁流落黎,同埋好咸燒牛舌-ok服務方面,去到7點左右就已經全店滿座,但只得2位樓面,所以全場人仕一般都要叫好幾次先有人理,人手明顯不足。

服務方面,去到7點左右就已經全店滿座,但只得2位樓面,所以全場人仕一般都要叫好幾次先有人理,人手明顯不足。

聽講依間餐廳既野食都幾好食,而且以日本餐館黎講唔算太貴~ 終於有機會試下喇 佢既招牌什錦鍋仔烏冬,真係值得試下。佢既配料好豐富,而且隻炸蝦都幾大隻 黃金燒扇貝同芝士燒生蠔都好好食~生蠔同芝士好夾,黃金燒法亦帶出左扇貝既鮮味 仲有滑蛋鰻魚飯呀~都好好食,不過如果再加多d鰻魚汁就更好 整體黎講都幾抵食,可以下次再去試下

今日經過見到原來呢邊有間日本菜, 見唔洗等位就入去試試啦! 睇LUNCH MENU見價錢都唔貴, 通常40-45蚊就有個餐, 有咖哩飯, 定食, 炒飯面, 滑蛋丼等等很多選擇, 我最後選了這個雜錦鍋燒烏冬. 不久之後 熱熱的烏冬就到了, 賣相都還可以,望落都算豐富, 不過一試個烏冬就後悔冇加錢轉成稻庭烏冬或讚歧烏冬... 這種烏冬質地真係麻麻地,不太彈牙。配料都還可以, 主要有隻天婦羅蝦, 一件叉燒, 一件炸雞球, 不過烏冬份量算幾多~ 而味道方面, 這個鍋燒烏冬湯底就不是我想像中的壽喜燒湯底了, 之前在其他日本店食的多數是壽喜燒那款甜甜的湯底的, 超喜歡吃, 不過這裡就只是豬骨湯底, 味道正常, 不會太鹹, 配料味道也是普通啦, 天婦羅蝦雖然已經浸淋了但SIZE都幾大隻的. 我相信未浸淋的話 應該會幾好味的。 而這個午餐跟的小食是青瓜螺肉, 口感有青瓜的爽口之餘又有螺肉的咬口,不錯,而且幾醒胃呢. 用來做前菜不錯!臨走見其他食客的咖哩飯好像都不錯, 下次會再來試試的.

今天工作沒有那麼忙,所以可以準時收工,便跟同事到旺角去逛逛。出到旺角,不如先吃東西,可以避開搵食的人潮,所以不用等位便可入座。這個大蝦海鮮手打烏冬,用料十足,有大蝦、青口、蜆、魷魚、……配料很多,而且都很鮮味,湯底亦落足料,餚製時間亦足,所以味道濃郁;烏冬淥得時間啱啱好,彈牙得來又很入味。這個蟶子王用蔥及蒜茸調味後,原隻來燒。用燒的方法原隻來烹調,不但可以保留蟶子本身的鮮甜味,不會流失在盛載的器皿上,還可以將蟶子的香味提升出來。不過價錢較貴,$48一隻,一口便沒了。用自家醬汁來燒的雞泡魚干,很香口,帶少許醬汁的甜味,適合用來作佐酒小吃,愈吃愈想吃,簡直不想停下來,所以不一會便把它K.O.了。

今天約左朋友去旺角買波鞋,行左一輪後,終於買到,於是就係附近搵食休息下~行行下見到呢間餐廳,覺得門面都幾OK咁,於是就入左去我揀左碗大蝦海鮮烏冬,食落烏冬彈牙煙韌,蝦肉鮮甜爽口,粟米粒清甜美味,青口也很清甜有嚼感,加上份量十足,以這價錢來說都還可以吧~另外朋友亦叫左個滑蛋鰻魚飯,份量也是很多,蛋很嫩滑,鰻魚燒得很香,啖啖肉香四溢,醬汁更是不會太咸,配埋粒粒又白又軟熟的白飯一齊食就更是滋味~同時更叫左和牛粒,細細粒,一啖一粒,牛肉味濃,很嫩滑,又入味,用黎送白飯食就最正!之後我地仲未夠飽咁,於是就叫左碟大蝦天婦羅,侍應送過黎時白雪正咁,一睇就知唔係用千年油黎炸,感覺好似較健康,細味一口發覺大蝦外脆內軟,炸粉很香脆,完全唔覺油膩,確係幾有水準^^ 最後我地埋單三百二十元,係旺角黎講都真係算唔錯喇~

睇完戲又d餓,於是同男朋友又去左食野,係話唔食咁多野下,又走左去食日本野 呢間餐廳以手打烏冬為熱賣菜式之一,所以當然要叫番碗 而我就揀左大蝦海鮮手打烏冬!裏面的材料令人一看就覺得抵食,值得一提的是,所有材料都是特大的,包括有兩隻大青口、三文魚塊、八爪魚、半隻蛋、一隻珍寶大蝦及一隻大帶子,還有些筍、海帶、粟米等配料,當中的帶子比蛋更大,鮮甜美味,質感彈牙,麵身又煮得剛好,加上鮮濃的豬骨湯底下,尤感滋味,確係甚為不俗 之後亦叫左兩款刺身,分別係甜蝦刺身和帶子刺身,甜蝦刺身有手指餅般大小,又大又長,口感爽甜又美味;帶子清甜之餘,仲好厚身,又滑口,全碟好快就被完全食清 熟食方面男朋友點了蒜燒愛爾蘭聖子王和燒雞泡魚干,聖子夠香又厚肉,蒜燒配上獨有的汁很是惹味;雞泡魚干就烘得香噴噴,最適合一邊喝啤酒,一邊睇波時食,你一條,我一條,食吓食吓就冇晒 一輛食食食後,美味之餘亦很飽,今晚好開心呀~~
