麻辣燙源自四川,主要係用辣湯煮熟食材,傳統無咁多配料,都係麵條蔬菜豆腐同內臟。最近大陸商場嘅麻辣燙,開始多左好多配搭,例如肉類同肉丸。原來香港都有呢種舖頭,去雪櫃自取食材,然後磅重收錢,可以算係一人版麻辣鍋。雖然香港食呢啲貴過大陸好多,呢度係每一百克$16.8。不過除左節省時間之外,湯底方面都可以多啲選擇。怕辣嘅朋友可以揀特濃番茄,同埋濃香菇菇。鍾意傳統風味嘅朋友,可以揀牛骨或者藤椒,依家仲可以加$3揀港式缽缽雞撈。阿姐都有推薦一啲食材俾我地攞福建椰菜花非常吸湯,軟硬適中筍尖竹筍開邊,導致可以爽脆又唔太硬龍蝦花枝丸就係橙色嘅墨魚丸,原來唔算太特別,但如果配辣醬比較惹味。跟住去磅重收錢,揀湯底可以睇下有咩醬料舖頭環境藤椒+濃香菇菇湯 各一半 $16.8*11.99=201.43藤椒湯底係每日將新鮮藤椒拆粒,唔太辣,有少少刺激。菇菌湯係好重菇味,飲落好舒服,撈埋一齊兩邊嘅好處都有。港式缽缽雞撈 +$3麻辣大辣 $16.8*10.48=176.06原來係麻辣油上面加麻醬,減輕左辣度,初初食覺得唔辣幾好食。食到底就會覺得好辣,如果蔬菜咁吸味,係會完全食唔到。結論係蔬菜腐皮適合浸藤椒湯,肉同丸先適合呢邊。總數:$381 continue reading

四川麵食得多,麻辣燙通常一兜兜咁嗌,但九龍灣呢間麻辣燙麵店,好有gimmick,好似夾軟糖咁,以重量計價錢喺門口攞個籃,跟住去雪櫃夾食材所有食材都係同一計法,麵食、肉類、餃子、丸類、海鮮、豆品、蔬菜等等,好多選擇,反而蔬菜到晚市有啲賣晒,可能因為輕身啲。由於太興奮,唔覺唔覺好似夾到墜墜地手,就開始收手夾完之後就去收銀處上磅,唔係個人,係磅個籃,原來我地每人都夾咗700-800g,仲以為好少,直到廚房煮完,就知道其實真係好大碗好多料湯底我地揀咗菇菇湯底同牛骨湯底,熬得都幾香濃嗌BB辣至小辣都仲食到,麻麻地少少辣,反而令成碗麵更香噴噴同一碗麵食到勁多唔同餡料,而且好多料都好驚喜例如蟹柳竟然有餡?豆品類都好好食加芫荽又正肥牛生牛都好香嫩唔使每款餸加錢,試到好多品同食材同麵底,溝埋都仲得食辣嘢又點可以唔飲嘢呢?呢間水吧主打賣檸檬茶,港男爆檸茶,又真係有個港男喺水吧打到碰碰聲,味道果然打到夠晒激烈,檸味好爆港女檸檬茶係青檸茶,味道冇咁激,反而有清新感覺 continue reading

原來有間正宗麻辣燙一直係我公司附近,餐廳位於Eastmark,面積唔大,但裝潢設計充滿七八十年代香港懷舊氣息。餐廳採用自助模式,客人用一個大竹籃夾曬自己想食既食材。雪櫃放滿唔同種類既材料,包括肉類、魚蛋、海鮮、粉麵、蔬菜,一共有九十款。價錢由重量決定,如果客人估中價錢就會免單,我估左$75,結果係$77🥲,答案同最終價錢相差正負$1都會全碗免費。餐廳有四款招牌湯底,包括牛骨、藤椒、蕃茄同菇菇湯底。我地今次試左牛骨(少辣)同菌菇湯底。牛骨湯底好好飲,牛味香濃好鐘意🥰- 爆打港男檸檬茶過程中見到職員好用力咁爆打檸檬茶,檸檬既精華完完全全榨乾,鴨屎香茶底味道濃郁👍🏻整體而言,價錢唔算貴,食材都幾新鮮,估價錢既部份最印象深刻😂 continue reading

第一次食麻辣燙,夾咗少少菜、數小根幼菇,一塊番茄,午餐肉一片,魚餅魚蛋類數件,長身蟹柳一條,豆腐一塊,餃子一件,後來再加咗兩片豬肉和6、7條浸了水的闊麵。在我認知裡,是打邊爐會見到的食材。因為雪櫃旁不設磅,所以未可知準確的總重量,就唯有送去收銀員,收銀員將餸連埋個筲箕一齊磅,16.8/100g,多謝 107蚊,嚇嚇到我!最深刻感受係,借用我內地朋友的反應🫨😰:這是想省最多飯錢的人才會吃的餐點...我要求並夾返啲闊麵入返雪櫃,最後82蚊!~公平論,BB辣番茄湯底味道ok!我唔特別鍾愛特定湯底,當一次體驗還可以!個人飲食感受:唔係有無錢食嘅問題,對我而言,平民定高級飲食,客人使錢覺得值都好緊要,在九龍灣,需要花這個錢,而且能夠花得"爽",還有很多很多選擇的😉👌。建議雪櫃旁加設磅! continue reading
