可能相比其他菜品太過精彩嘅關係,呢個麵豉湯相對有點兒比下去,但個湯都煮到好濃郁。


甜品 ~ 柿子雪葩配柿餅
柿子雪葩嘅口感非常清爽,細膩滑順,帶有柿子特有嘅清甜。而雪葩底嘅柿餅帶著濃郁嘅香甜味,令人回味無窮。

中環九如坊有一間隱世omakase,座位大概10個,地舖位置方便可以容易搵到。menu 揀咗zakisuke,有四款sashimi, 煮物,燒物,七款 sushi ,甜品等。頭盤係松葉蟹加靜岡縣 小番茄,蟹肉係師傅人手拆骨,啖啖肉。伊勢海老sashimi + 海老頭膏係上面,日本赤水生蠔好脆口,鰹魚 sashimi 配生洋蔥嘅配搭幾新鮮。燒鮎魚配香水檸檬,燒到金黃色魚味濃郁。Sushi 包括日本賴尿蝦,北寄貝,非常脆口。北寄貝大大塊連飯都睇唔到。伊豆金目鯛sushi油份多,口感充足。中toro 當然唔少得。最後海膽手卷好夠甜。甜品有驚喜,從來少食香蕉,有個香蕉加chocolate mouse,上凍下暖,2分鐘內食晒。
