如果以常餐來說,這間榮樂應該會勝過恆園,它的多士輕輕烤過,但奄列就更為出色,因為本身都算大件,而且不算煮到很熟很熟,可能佢是師傅現場即製,因此但仍然保留少許流質,不會煮到太熟,有少少蛋汁,吃起上來當然比較香滑。原來常餐的叉燒湯意,什麼都可以轉的,我就將叉燒轉了沙嗲牛肉,湯意粉就轉做普通公仔麵。牛肉難免也是比較熟,而且是放涼了的沙嗲汁即時加上去麵條上邊,因此也不算格外出色。另一次就點了個蔥油雞扒飯,因為它的紅蔥油雞飯或是海南雞飯全部賣光,這個蔥油雞扒飯有點越式餐廳小巴黎的影子。蔥油帶點油香,應該是在鑊裏炒過的,即使放涼了也不會覺得特別油膩。雞扒,它的雞扒亦都比起恆園的椒鹽雞扒飯做得出色雞扒本身夠厚身,有點脂肪比起又乾又瘦的當然做得更加出色。有人說外邊的貓貓眼睛發炎是由於這間店舖的處理不當,其實都難以證實,先不理這些事情,榮樂茶餐廳好像比恆園或是嘉香魚蛋牛腩麵比較出色。不過時新車仔麵畢竟在另一個範疇,很難將時新和榮樂相提比較。

叉燒湯意,什麼都可以轉的,我就將叉燒轉了

下午一個人去瀝源探朋友,晚上諗住近近地入左榮樂食飯,心諗茶餐廳應該最隱陣,而且我對食物無咩要求,入到口有味飽肚就夠。入到去即時叫左碟粟米肉粒飯,加涷奶茶少甜,等左一陣好快上枱,點知見到粟米汁一pat野似醬糊,肉粒呈灰白色,食落無味又難食。奶茶算正常,但唔好有期望。本身好肚餓,碟飯夾硬食到一半後頂唔順棄飯,走左去附近麥記買豬柳飽醫肚,返到屋企仲要好口乾,明明碟飯無味都勁口渴,無理由落左味精呱,總結黎講呢間野無下次。

呢排食得太多好野,真係人都特別精精神神咁,連放假一早都去左茶記食,而唔係瞓到晏一晏先自己煮。可能臨近聖誕新年個人真係興奮啲,要好好咁enjoy下啲holiday mood。沙田雖然好熱鬧,但其實市中心都有好平民既街坊餐廳,就好似呢間瀝源既榮樂咁,不但事頭婆好人,舖頭仲好有良心,去得多你就會鍾意嗰種感覺。今日叫左常餐,識嗌多士係一定要烘底,真心冇得輸。出面凍凍地慢慢嘆番杯熱啡,爽到爆。呢間茶記最好就係有outdoor舖位又大,所以啲位好闊落,可以慢慢坐好舒服。

今日去試試位於沙田, 古色古香, 充滿七, 八十年代色彩嘅榮樂茶餐廳. 老友嚟搵我食晏, 又唔想食常餐咁平凡, 一於唔怕肥膩叫個葱油雞扒飯食(不過叫咗半飯)!   葱好翠綠, 脆卜卜, 我超級鍾意! 一啖油葱一啖飯已經好香好夠滿足. 炸雞扒肉質滑溜, 值得再食! 老友點嘅葱油豬扒就比較多肥, 佢都覺得雞扒正啲, 鍾意肥豬肉嘅朋友可以試吓個葱油豬扒.最後嘆埋杯港式茶記咖啡, 一邊同老友傾吓近況, 舒服自在, 正.

葱好翠綠, 脆卜卜, 我超級鍾意! 一啖油葱一啖飯已經好香好夠滿足. 炸雞扒肉質滑溜, 值得再食! 老友點嘅葱油豬扒就比較多肥, 佢都覺得雞扒正啲, 鍾意肥豬肉嘅朋友可以試吓個葱油豬扒.

最後嘆埋杯港式茶記咖啡, 一邊同老友傾吓近況, 舒服自在, 正.

屋企附近無乜呢啲又黃又好食嘅茶餐,今次因為有啲嘢要由港島去到沙田,好彩搵到呢間係邨屋入面嘅茶餐廳咋...唔只有戶外位置,仲有2個鋪位 🤭 行到咁熱,即刻可以嘆冷氣 叫咗2個常餐,估唔到咁高質... 平時我好驚食呢啲湯麵入面嘅肉,因為通常都係又嚡又乾架嘛,但呢到無論肉絲,牛肉定係叉燒,都一啲都唔韌 😋 重點重點! 好耐無飲到啲咁地道嘅港式奶茶呀~

叫咗2個常餐,估唔到咁高質... 平時我好驚食呢啲湯麵入面嘅肉,因為通常都係又嚡又乾架嘛,但呢到無論肉絲,牛肉定係叉燒,都一啲都唔韌 😋 重點重點! 好耐無飲到啲咁地道嘅港式奶茶呀~

一心諗住嚟到沙田舊屋邨梗係要試吓啲地道嘅茶餐廳啦,揀咗呢一間,好可惜真係有啲失望而回。兩個人食lunch叫咗豉汁蒸排骨飯同埋乾炒牛河肉意粉,排骨飯嘅排骨好肥,基本上有一半嘅排骨都係肥膏,不過佢個蒸飯豉油好香,如果你頂得順啲肥肉不妨試一吓。至於個乾炒牛河肉意粉就係正常茶餐廳嘅味道,而且真係好油,牛肉就估計用梳打粉處理過,所以真係好有以前細個茶餐廳嘅味道,不過唔係好味嘅味道。最後令我最失望嘅就係杯奶茶,又唔香又唔滑。總括而言,no more next time,皆因水準真係唔係特別好。
