早放工所以約埋朋友去食下午茶,平時路過見到呢間冰室,menu種類幾多同感覺幾好食,於是就試下呢間冰室ge下午茶。就係門口呢個menu吸引左我入去食鬼叫我大食,同lunch食唔飽,一睇就睇午餐飽到野先。懷舊式掛餐牌,我諗起以前細過ge回憶。叫左碟咖喱牛腩飯,咖喱好香,牛腩好lum,重點是給你一大碗牛腩,好抵食瑞士雞翼好入味,味道剛好唔太咸,最岩雞翼痴黎食西多士必食,炸得剛好,熱騰騰牛油,花生醬,蜜糖配合,大讚。最後口痕叫埋呢個芝士肉醬薯條,非常邪惡,但又非常好味食完飽得好滿足,有口福!

荃灣路德圍呢邊真係超多野食,可以用花多眼亂黎形容,我諗每日食一間都可以食一個月都未食哂所有舖頭今日我就選擇了‘樓下冰室’喇,因為有我想食的蕃茄湯底類的食物。餐廳全部都係卡位形式,坐得好舒服,一D都唔會迫夾金牌咖喱牛腩飯牛腩份量真係勁多,炆得好‘林’,少少甜的咖哩,小朋友都岩食,飯量目測有兩碗,細食的女士可以share 一份都夠食兩餸的蕃茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋特製墨魚丸~唔知點解覺得似魚蛋多啲因為有好濃郁的魚味,但係好食的肥牛 ~ 比較碎,味道正常真係有粒粒蕃茄架湯底非常濃郁,微酸帶甜香茄味大大碗的通粉,食左一半已經有飽的感覺每間冰室都必備的~ 瑞士雞翼勁大隻,好入味,雞肉亦都好滑果然係必食推介熱Horlick+熱朱古力兩杯都好濃,完全唔需要落糖

講下場景~ 感覺他們都幾用心營造懷舊但不太「娘」的感覺。一入去好彩被安排到靠門口窗的位置,經典既卡座➕桌面的鹽糖都係用細細既可樂瓶設計~ 牆上面有以前當舖的牌子設計,但係用來賣廣告sell自己的特色冰冰~ 嗯,看來他們特推菠蘿冰~ 雖然今次無試,下次再試埋先!

因為點左好多野,有空閒時間就望下茶餐廳的裝潢~ 牆上用左閣樓模式放左好多懷舊野,雖然唔係樣樣都見過或者用過,但正因為咁,覺得幾特別~ 相信五六十年代起的長輩們都應該覺得呢度好特別🤔。因為👀唔曬,最後我埋單前再走入小小影埋裡面的擺設,真係幾有心的鋪排~~ 有得食有得👀有得回味以前的歲月~

哈哈哈哈哈,總的來說,全晚👍🏿自己的選擇,也👍🏿💥呢間地道特色茶餐廳!
小推薦✌:未去過無理由唔去試試;去過就記得要每次試唔同的🍧🍨🥘🍖🍳🍝。

荃灣路德圍地方唔算大,但食店就非常之多,真係要有食力先可以企得住,而樓下冰室就係其中一間。依度不論平日定假日每逢中午一點後都好難搵食,所以今日早少少一個人黎到,輕鬆即刻入坐。室內佈置方便以懷舊為主題。黎得樓下,當然叫佢招牌午餐,$44有一個粉、炒蛋及多士連飲品。鮮茄濃湯豬潤通粉,上枱時湯底超熱,即叫即煮,豬潤份糧亦多,加上湯底超級濃郁同有蕃茄肉,好好味牛乳炒滑蛋份糧同樣多,炒蛋一D 都無過火喉。只係多士唔夠脆口,包邊有點淋,如果都係即叫即焗就perfect 如果想食到蕃茄濃湯就記得中午12:30半入座,因為晏少少真係好快全店爆滿。

依間樓下冰室之前都經過好多次,一直都想搵機會食下,今日終於同朋友去到食。入面環境唔錯,幾乾淨,裝飾有懷舊嘅感覺,座位都算闊落,唔會人迫人。餐牌既選擇都幾多,花多眼亂。不過聽講佢地出名瑞士雞翼同番茄濃湯通粉。於是,我地就叫左2個主食,2個小食,再加2杯飲品。依個番茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋 + 麻辣脆雞粒,份量好足,通粉唔會太硬/太淋,軟硬適中,番茄湯味濃,唔似就咁用番茄膏加水,炒蛋亦好香蛋味,麻辣脆雞粒唔會太辣,但好惹味。依個炒意粉幾乾身,但又唔係乾爭爭果隻,料足,味道亦岩岩好。佢地既招牌瑞士雞翼,瑞士汁好好味,少少甜甜地,好入味。炸餃唔會炸到成隻乾爭爭,外脆內軟,餡料足,隻隻都脹卜卜。華田脆脆唔會過甜,脆脆好好食。食左咁多野,埋單$200都唔洗,不過份量比想像中大份,真係飽到捧住個肚走。

是日到觀塘裁判法院出席聆訊,過程累人。還好結局理想,本該慶祝一下。但可惜又要趕到荃灣,一忙完已經晚上九點,還未用餐,該弄點有意思的晚飯吧?想起焗豬扒飯。簡單的一道菜,中西合璧,到處都有,但做得真正好的,沒有幾間。閒逛至路徳圍,望見如此坐無虛席,也不錯,試一下。店內裝修少少懷舊,一直都有流得的彷古,實在長青。餐牌比一般茶餐廳品項少,但看出來較精。焗豬有一標示時間,看來代表要等,最好不過。等了不到二十分鐘,上枱了。熱辣辣,甚是歡喜。睇汁醬顏色,應該是一般茶餐燒汁茄汁調成,一試,確實如此。各家做法,也沒什麼特別可說,傳統的會較多鮮茄或罐頭茄肉,我比較以前的味道。豬扒份量算足,兩塊應有,雖然不大,但有誠意。通常一焗起我會先起豬扒醬汁,以免炒飯底太濕。但這個還是太濕了,醬汁太濕,飯不夠乾。用的米也不靚,碎米多,欠咬口。豬扒實際處理得差,鬆肉太過,沒咬口,用料普通,攝牙篷了,而且也聞到鹼味,敗筆。整體而言,還算尚可,因為我有更差的體驗。下次我會去旁邊的另一間,再點評一下。

等了不到二十分鐘,上枱了。熱辣辣,甚是歡喜。睇汁醬顏色,應該是一般茶餐燒汁茄汁調成,一試,確實如此。各家做法,也沒什麼特別可說,傳統的會較多鮮茄或罐頭茄肉,我比較以前的味道。
