白口魚刺身居酒屋點少得要原條刺身呢,叫咗白口魚,刺身可以睇到師傅的刀工,切得厚薄均勻,片片大少相約,在燈光影照下份外通透,擺盤精緻用上原條魚骨上碟,真是氣勢不凡,師傅真係好有心思,個擺設好靚,新鮮的魚肉入口散發出魚香,再用魚頭同魚骨煲面豉湯。赤海蝦吞拿魚蓉鍋巴大量充滿油脂的吞拿魚蓉,加原隻赤海蝦,再放滿大大粒晶瑩剔透的三文魚籽,一啖咬落去,鍋巴脆卜卜,鮮味口感溶於口中,配上爆汁鮮味嘅三文魚籽,真是色香味俱全。蘆筍豚肉卷燒烤味濃厚,豚肉燒到好香,露筍就清甜好食。燒秋葵配木魚同燒汁,味道好岩。胡麻豚肉肥瘦均勻,口感軟腍,芝麻味好香。日式豚肉炒烏冬上面鋪滿木魚絲,配料有冬菇、豚肉、椰菜,烏冬炒得好惹味,每條烏冬都沾上醬汁,甜甜地唔錯。

赤海蝦吞拿魚蓉鍋巴
大量充滿油脂的吞拿魚蓉,加原隻赤海蝦,再放滿大大粒晶瑩剔透的三文魚籽,一啖咬落去,鍋巴脆卜卜,鮮味口感溶於口中,配上爆汁鮮味嘅三文魚籽,真是色香味俱全。
