可選白的~不過我喜歡黑的多點 (°ㅂ°) 芒果不會酸但也不算很甜~很爽口的樣子
椰漿可能下手太重~如果份量少一點會比較好

Busy Thursday afternoon, I walked pass the junction of Hennessy Road & Johnston Road, picked up a lunch promotion leaflet from a street promoter. I have been to this Thai restaurant before at their TST branch, the wanchai store only open this month. Let's go try their lunch special, and hopefully they are as good as their TST branch. Ordered Minced Meat with Basil Leaves Fried Rice, this is the only one with 2 hot chilis symbol in the Rice & Noodle section. The smell of the rice is excellent, can smell it from meters away. The sunny side up egg is perfectly cooked and the mix of egg yolk and fried rice is so delicious. Although I think it can be more spicy, I am going to ask for extra spicy when im visit next. Also ordered the Fresh mango with sticky rice for dessert, the lot coconut sauce sweetness is perfect, mango is fresh and juicy. The sticky rice is nice and warm, just at the right temperature to serve with.

The new Wanchai store gave me a great dinning experience and food quuality is as good as their TST branch. Will try to propose this venue to my team leader for our Xmas dinner gathering next month.

還是先點飲品,讓老公慢慢研究,由我揸 Fit,點來了熱情菠蘿沙冰 ($48) 和香甜芒果沙冰 ($48) 各一。講真兩杯味道都非常之棒,前者濃香鮮甜、而後者亦冰凍兼透心涼,配上幼滑的沙冰,濃淡相宜,味道天然;不過賣相就唔多得,竟然用普通玻璃水杯盛載,呃唔到 like,未能惹來陣陣艷羡目光。

食物方面,先放上檯的蒜蓉炸軟殼蟹 ($148),分量勁大,可惜入口味道過鹹,吃了一件已經即時收手。不過店員服務一流,見我沒再起筷,細心一問,知道唔合我口味,即時收走,還請廚師再為我重做。重新端上來的軟殼蟹,入口軟腍,雖然外皮仍稍嫌唔夠鬆脆,但配上蒜香和少少辛辣味,口感都算唔錯。

接著是鐵板蠔仔 ($118),初頭還以為會好似鐵板餐咁,用個鐵板煎 pan 盛載,原來只是放在一個銀碟上,而且做法竟然是似台式蚵仔煎的泰式煎蠔仔蛋,睇嚟餐牌有需要加張相,以免食客誤會。幸好蠔仔粒勁飽滿,足有一蚊銀大,而且放上檯時仍熱辣辣、入口充滿鮮味,加上蛋邊夠脆,如果可以煎得再乾身一點就更正。

鱸魚食得多,但大多數都是以鹽燒或香煎煮法炮製,見餐牌有泰園香芒炸鱸魚 ($208),決定點來一試。原條上檯的鱸魚,足有 8、9 吋長,而且最難得的是經過油炸後,內裡肉質仍然又香又滑,味道又鮮又甜,加上外皮炸得脆卜卜,入口完全沒有過重油味,配上面頭刨得幼細、微酸帶辣的青芒果絲,食味一流,真教人直豎母指叫好。

由於經常外出用膳,肉多菜少,所以當晚也加點了一味蔬菜來調節一吓。揀了這客蝦醬鮮魷炒通菜 ($98),其實鮮魷一炒得過火就好易老,魷魚便會韌,但這個火候控制得不錯,加上通菜脆綠清爽、食落無渣,水準唔錯,可惜蝦醬味唔夠濃,稍欠惹味,不過整碟菜仍然兩下子就被老公「消滅」了。

記得上次去尖沙咀《泰園》吃過店裡的波波飯,入口帶雞油香,味道不俗,提議老公試試。握成圓球狀的雞油香飯 ($24/6粒),不但賣相有趣、而且剛好是一碗飯的分量,加上一啖一個,食落粒粒分明,既不黏亦不糊,蘸上泰式酸辣醬吃,更是惹味。

甜品點了椰汁西米糕拼千層糕 ($48),前者質感柔滑、椰汁味濃,入口冰凍;而後者就熱食,咬下煙煙韌韌,椰汁味香甜又唔過份,一冷吃、一熱食,口感非常特別。雖然這晚所點的菜式,不是樣樣都咁精彩,仍有改善空間,但整體來說,味道還算不錯,加上場內輕鬆清靜,坐得舒服,過了一個很愉快的晚上。

一整個南瓜內釀入了豐富的海鮮, 南瓜海上鲜是讓不喜歡太辣同重味的人另一個好選擇。
南瓜汁掛在海鮮身上, 加了大量蛋令汁濃稠,每一口都多了南瓜蓉那香味同甜度, 同時又食到各樣的海鮮,
蝦肉大隻頭充滿紮實的膏, 青口,魷魚同魚塊也好吃。

泰園豆腐煲是很下飯的一道料理, 有港式家常菜的影子, 讓人大口大口吃得開懷。玉子豆腐有層好似生粉jelly係面,煙煙韌中間又滑。加上豬肉碎同雜菜粒,大大鍋點上碗白飯配著吃。

泰園灣仔新店整體水準令人滿意, 特別是紅咖哩虎蝦, 泰國海鮮冷盤, 燒海鮮拚盤, 以及芒果糯米飯皆有水準, 愛吃泰菜的朋友, 要記住這名字呢.

據說這裡前身是日式放題的地方, 現在是泰園的分店。咪信OPENRICE 的路引, 其實由修頓球埸隨著電車路行過去十分鐘左右, 會發現大廈的正門入口, 759 樓上, 再坐LIFT 上三樓正是泰園。唔知是否因為新開章關係店內十分清淨, 晚上七點我們居然成為物一枱客人。餐廳唔算好大, 圍著大廳的都是大卡位, 中央以長枱為主,正因為樓底高所以感覺亦不會太過焗促。朋友想吃海鮮, 所以點了 貪佢各款海鮮都齊。海鮮併盤內的內容唔算特別豐富, 但勝在隻隻都是珍寶SIZE, 睇頭十足。包括了越南虎蝦, 大蜆, 原隻魷魚, 元貝 和 聖子等。由於是即叫即燒, 所以等候時間較需時。小妹和友人因為好耐無吃過 BBQ 海鮮, 我們很期待。加上海鮮是每日新鮮入貨, 質素應該有返咁上下有兩款醬汁提味, 分別是惹味的泰式醬汁和生蝦醬, 前者較辣, 後者味道較岩我, 醬汁可以提味之餘亦令到惹味度爆燈。小妹喜歡帶子和聖子的鮮味, 越南虎蝦的爆膏啖啖肉, 因為怕哽胃所以原隻魷魚由朋友一手包辦, 見佢吃得津津有味, 應該都滿意。除了海鮮外也點選了 和 一般泰式炒椰苗會以快炒方式所以會比較硬。所以小妹特別叮嚀代為多炒。果然

一般泰式炒椰苗會以快炒方式所以會比較硬。所以小妹特別叮嚀代為多炒。

果然出來的效果不一様。軟硬適中。而且椰苗吸收了湯汁非常入味。。咸魚咸香恰到好處,還加入了小許

肉碎,味道層次更豐富。

最怕炒得油淋淋,這個炒得乾爽得來又保留金邊粉的軟腍,加入了大蝦、炸魚條、銀芽等。

味道是酸酸甜甜的非常醒胃。
