今晚去九龍城搵食,原本想去返食開的昌發,經過泰屋時男人話不如試下新嘢。一入內裝修好有泰式感覺,木檯木櫈,侍應同廚師都係泰國人,好似去咗泰國咁,再睇下餐牌有船麵,身為船麵粉絲的我必點,每次去泰國我都一定日日食船麵同香葉肉碎煎蛋飯,這兩樣都是我的comfort food,雖然香港的泰國餐廳普遍都有香葉肉碎飯,但就唔係間間都有船麵,就算有都因為遷就港人口味而做得唔正宗。落完單碗麵好快就到,聞落好濃香草味,杰杰地,少少辣,金邊粉好滑又掛湯,味道非常對辦,$40一碗真係好抵食。船麵湯底之所以係深紅色,全因加咗豬血或牛血,但個湯唔會有血腥味;配料有豬肉片、豬肉丸同炸豬皮,如果可以加埋豬潤就更加無敵。再來香葉肉碎飯,呢個飯差不多間間泰式餐廳都有供應,亦好易做,男人默默食,一陣就食晒,一啖都唔留返畀我,味道係點都無需多講。見隔離檯食緊咖哩炒蟹、冬陰公、沙嗲串燒...下次再來試試。

今天工作來到九龍城,午餐一於去「泰屋」食碗船河。十二點幾的時間不是太多人,只有兩個鬼佬在傾計, 「船河」很快就到,我改了金邊粉。內裡有幾粒丸,有豬肉和幾條菜,微辣,個人覺得碗粉較多油,味道一般。「泰屋」感覺比較舊和骯髒,是時候要裝修下了。

食物係好味;而且係平 ;十三人book 左7:30 ; 我7:15 分到,個女人話要到晒人先可以入去坐,咁最個waiter都俾我地入, 另外,無bb seat , 態度又唔好 ; 都算 ! 食到尾聲嘅時候喺近廚房牆角嗰邊有大約四五隻曱甴喺度爬; 係勁大同會飛 (咁佢冇飛出嚟嘅)純粹喺嗰個位置度飛下飛下; 跟住又有幾隻再出尼 , 我好驚;堅驚;唔係講笑 ;同行朋友都驚;最後我先出去;跟著朋友陸續離開; 當然大家都覺得恐怖 ,有個朋友話重有隻4腳蛇, 有個朋友話有個窿不斷爬出! 我人生第一次係餐廳食野係門面目測到咁多; 絕對明白度度都會有;但係咁冷出嚟爬真係 我唔知講咩!

第一次黎淨係食遊船粉,座喺同枱嘅一位泰藉女士,同我地講:依度嘅炒金邊粉最好食,尋晚回味完船粉,頭先又去完石屋食,18:00咁早又未肚餓,唯有買外賣返酒店等晏D食買左個乾粉金邊粉(雞肉)及沙爹串燒。七點鬆D便分黎食,個炒金邊粉果然正,下個月過黎依邊做完野都會再食今次掛住食無影相炒金邊粉酸甜適中,好好味,幼身粉最好就係黏到大量味道,令你感受更清楚,所以遊船粉都係食金邊粉軟滑粉身沾滿醬料,真係食到停唔到口呀

今次係第二次黎依度食,18:00黎食,就係唔想同人迫。上次經驗話比我知,若果叫一個椰青沙冰,就等於有兩杯沙冰飲,因為上次本來一人一種沙冰,一個係椰青,另一個係芒果,兩樣味道都十分正真材實料到因為椰青打冰倒返入個殼係倒唔晒,所以多左嘅係完整嘅一杯,對住三杯飲品兩碗遊船粉,實在太充實。所以今次都係飲龍眼冰算,因開始涼唔緊飲芒果沙冰,遊船粉(金邊粉)飲湯係必然嘅事,因為實在太濃郁味美今次叫埋沙爹串燒,豬肉雞肉各一半,明早04開工,兩人分食左兩串便備食物盒帶走餘下四串當明天早餐3]

今次黎到九龍城食泰國野,係睇到一個post介紹,話連泰國領仕人員都推介既泰國船河而慕名而來。呢間餐廳逢星期一至五,都有一款菜式特價,嗰日係星期四去,叫左特價58蚊既燒雞半隻。另外,叫左飛天通菜同冬陰功湯(有分大,中,細份),當然唔少得仲有泰國船河。先講泰國船河,絕對無令我失望。湯底味道同喺曼谷差唔多,配料有豬肉,肉丸,通菜同芽菜。肉丸幾彈牙,而河粉係粗身河粉,好地道既味道。冬陰功湯叫左細份,有一隻大蝦,幾鮮味,而湯唔太辣,岩晒口味。而燒雞配左泰式辣醬,其實燒雞本身有調味,就算唔點辣醬已好入味。平時食到既燒雞會燒到肉質好乾同“鞋”,但今次食既肉質仲好幼滑。半隻燒雞份量都幾多,最後食到太飽,食淨左幾舊要打包。下次會再黎試埋燒豬頸肉,生菜包,同咖哩蟹~~

約左好耐無見既朋友出來食飯, 本身唸住一齊食放題但係已經訂唔到位LU, 咁就轉左去食呢個泰國菜啦, 出奇地好食呢間野!酸辣無骨鳳爪沙律 – 凍凍既鳳爪加上佢酸酸辣辣既汁非常開胃好食, 而且鳳爪已經去埋骨可以好方便咁食.泰式小食拼盤 – 佢分別有蝦餅, 魚餅, 炭燒豬頸肉, 香葉包雞同春卷, 整體過得去啦. 豬頸肉唔會好乾而且仲得出炭燒味道, 而且佢既醬汁都好好味!原隻燒魷魚 – 好大隻既魷魚, 睇落去好似好乾咁但其實仲有肉汁, 而味道就好似魷魚乾, 但小心食滯! 哈蝦串燒 - 蝦肉彈牙, 但燒得乾身左小小.椰漿海鮮炒飯 – 賣相已經唔錯, 而個飯沖滿椰漿, 所以睇落會濕濕地但好好食的, 而且仲有小小海鮮.

酸辣無骨鳳爪沙律 – 凍凍既鳳爪加上佢酸酸辣辣既汁非常開胃好食, 而且鳳爪已經去埋骨可以好方便咁食.

泰式小食拼盤 – 佢分別有蝦餅, 魚餅, 炭燒豬頸肉, 香葉包雞同春卷, 整體過得去啦. 豬頸肉唔會好乾而且仲得出炭燒味道, 而且佢既醬汁都好好味!

原隻燒魷魚 – 好大隻既魷魚, 睇落去好似好乾咁但其實仲有肉汁, 而味道就好似魷魚乾, 但小心食滯! 哈

蝦串燒 - 蝦肉彈牙, 但燒得乾身左小小.

椰漿海鮮炒飯 – 賣相已經唔錯, 而個飯沖滿椰漿, 所以睇落會濕濕地但好好食的, 而且仲有小小海鮮.

今晚老闆請食飯,帶左我地去附近嘅泰屋,我其實想試呢間泰菜好耐喇, 因為有人話佢地嘅船粉好好味,夠地道。今日唔知係我地好彩定係因為平日,所以八點鐘去到都唔使等位。坐低每人一碗船麵一個椰青係指定動作。我想試個泰屋船河很久了, 果然好好味, 湯底夠濃帶微辣,料足份量多,真係正!不過我覺得兩個人share一碗比較好, 留肚食其他野嘛🤭。另外點左個鐵板蠔餅,滾熱辣上枱, 蠔仔又肥又大粒, 鮮甜冇腥味,最緊要唔油👍。加多份泰式炸鰂魚,魚我唔食但個汁同配料酸酸辣辣好好味。再炒多碟芥蘭叫做清啲🤭呢度環境唔算舒適, 而且鑊氣好起上嚟仲會有啲嗆喉煙眼添, 但勝在價廉物美兼有風味吖嘛👍👍下次要帶媽咪去試先!

之前一直都聽講九龍城很多泰國餐廳,這次朋友帶路來了這間泰屋嘗食,味道都幾正中,開初朋友叫了個芥蘭苗我還以為是中國那種,後來上菜發現完全不一樣,是泰國的那種,牛肉加上泰式漿汁都很不錯,三個女人仔叫了4個菜+2個椰青都吃五曬,不過唯一不是太好的就是,廚房在緊門口位置,油煙比較大咯

食泰國嘢食嚟食去都係嗰啲,見到依間餐廳有船河,而且價錢又平又大碗,所以揸車嚟食。不要對餐廳內部裝修有太大期望,預咗隨時會有冷氣機滴水,滴到你啲嘢食。地方尚算寬躺,入座時差不多九點所以冇咩人,兩個人坐咗張10人枱,雖然遠離廚房,但仍然有啲油煙攻眼。叫咗個生蝦刺身、船粉(金邊粉)、咖喱海鮮包同埋椰青。生蝦刺身有驚喜, $88 有7隻蝦,大大隻好新鮮,蝦頭仲要炸到脆卜卜,好好味。船粉好足料,有豬肉丸,豬肉,一條條唔知咩嚟但係都幾香口,分量好大可以兩個人食。咖哩海鮮包南瓜比較多,海鮮比較少,都好味ge, 仲有好多九層塔,香料方面一啲都唔吝嗇。建議趁熱食,因為耐咗個包會諗。同埋咖啡汁多又比較鹹,可以叫多個薄餅點下。椰青好好飲好清甜啊,刮埋入邊啲肉食,好似豆腐花咁好滑,大讚!兩個人食咗$260左右,唔使加一,非常抵。好味程度:生蝦刺身>椰青>船河>咖哩海鮮包
