自從上一次有Friend帶我黎呢間茶餐廳朝聖之後一直念念不忘佢嘅招牌雞,2百幾蚊成隻,仲要係好大隻兼連埋雞潤雞腎雞腸雞心係無雞忘記,性價比高到無朋友,所以今日路經此地就忍唔住入去買咗一隻返屋企食,家人都大讚好味道。佢隻雞2百幾蚊一隻,一定唔會係新鮮雞,估計係冰鮮雞,但係就係估唔到冰鮮雞都可以整得咁好食,隻雞都幾大隻,都幾有雞味,而且隻雞唔係好肥,雞肉鮮嫩,珍肝都好食,有機會真係要試吓。

已經嚟食咗十幾次,次次都為佢嘅珍肝雞嚟。雞有雞味,雖然老生常談,有幾多餐廳做到。但講到珍肝,真係無人能及,咁多次,咁多次都好好食,香口有咬口有質感,唔係求其切粒交貨。另外個環境都係可遇不可求,嗰啲手寫嘅靚字餐牌,嗰啲有人情味嘅伙記,呢個年代真係要好好珍惜。

今次撲去了間茶餐廳,想試吓咁多人讚的鹽焗雞。🐔 嚟到,一眼望去,環境OK啦,有啲老舊,但有種懷舊feel,港式茶餐廳嘅味道足足嘅。喺度進攻咗鹽焗雞飯,天啊!個雞香味撲鼻而來,真係好想即刻鬥佢!肉質嫩滑得嚟帶點微鹹,啖啖肉咁誇張嘅話,真係要叫做一流!同碟嘅白飯又香又軟,配埋個雞,簡直match到暈!🍚喺度仲有咩好食?炒菜心了! 那個菜心啊,滑溜溜、鮮美、脆口,做得好有水準,完全冇灰味,箇中嘅甜,係舌尖嗌你唔好走嘅味道!食咗咁多,心裏數下價,咩?!揾我唔多過百,咁抵食嘅地方,我下次仲要嚟!😋 為咗個雞,真係可以再戰三百回合,唔怪得啲人咁讚喇!只不過,周末黃昏咁清閑,嗌得我有少少心疼,希望佢哋生意足啲,呢啲好滋味豈可獨擋?

若然你喺鰂魚涌或者北角返工,應該唔多唔少都聽過津津呢個名,佢正正就喺正橋底,所以都有啲人會講橋底雞飯又或者講句橋底就知邊間。佢嘅鹽焗雞飯真係我食過數一數二咁好食,一來個飯好味,吸左鹽焗雞嘅汁,個飯十分之香,濕濕地唔會太乾,夠哂味。二來個雞十分嫩滑入味。而呢度最具特色一定係食埋佢喺雞肝同雞珍,同樣經過鹽焗,入口十分之爽脆,而且沒有了內臟嘅腥味,好食。要以要食一定係食珍肝雞飯或者珍肝雞脾飯,咁就真係相當滿足喇。
