To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過去幾年都有幫襯過海港集團,原因係以將軍澳區嚟講可以話係較好既酒樓。但係近幾次食我覺得質素上係一直下降中。唔可以話好差,但相比起從前仍然差好遠。沙巴龍躉沙巴龍躉以前喺呢間酒樓食過其實唔錯,魚最重要蒸得僅僅熟。但係今次食,上枱時魚係未熟,waitress 拎番入去蒸,蒸多次都係未熟...魚蒸既時間真係要計得好準確,否則就浪費左條靚魚。乳豬乳豬燒得外皮幾脆,豬肉亦唔鞋口,但可惜既係豬既臊味太重,影響左成隻豬既味道。蒜蓉蒸蟶子蒜蓉蒸蟶子,算係全晚較令人滿意既菜式。蟶子無沙,幾大隻,亦幾爽滑,唔錯!希望既係,呢間食店質素會回升番d啦!

唸住嘆茶,卻換來一肚氣。本來此酒樓已經食物一般,再加一個懶惰的女侍應,就以後都不會再光顧。乳鴿肉質"鞋"口,腸粉皮唔滑,炒蘿蔔糕唔熱。叫女侍應落單,無人應,要自己去櫃枱找人落單。不如去快餐店好過。

17. 燒汁釀冬菇- 魚肉幾好味,燒汁雖然較杰身,但都幾夾。
18. 冬蟲夏草蒸千層腐皮- 好特別,感覺好名貴好補咁!味道唔錯!

今個星期不停加班,週四又同朋友晚飯,所以今晚陪老公吃餐好,以補償前兩晚沒好好陪佢啦!老公話想打邊邊,所以就嚟左呢間新開一排既海王漁港。同屬海港集團,餐牌一樣精美,價錢亦好接近,但都唔算太貴既,肉類餸菜約HK$58-68起,海鮮類大概HK$88起,龍蝦孖寶特價HK$368 (跟半隻脆皮雞)... 下次一定嚟試!講番火鍋,九點後有宵夜特價,火鍋配料HK$18起,最抵係美國肥牛,HK$22一碟但質素非常高,色澤靚又有肉味,不會過肥,絕不欺場,有相為證架!羊肉片也很不錯,肉質好之餘不會太大味(即所謂太"騷")。螺片好鮮甜,HK$32一份,份量也不少,食極都食唔完咁。貪得意點左HK$18一客4粒既小籠包,都係火鍋料,賣相好靚,但唔好味!好怪,唔啱我地!仲點左一客鹿兒島豚肉,這個讓我深深體會到乜野係"圖片只作參考",個碟超大,豚肉卷起得嗰少少,佢換隻細碟可能感覺會好啲囉,至於味道,冇乜特別,HK$58一份有點唔值呀!最後講番個湯底,九點特價有個1蚊麻辣雞煲,即先吃辣雞件再加湯或水打邊邊呢,咁抵梗係要叫啦!賣相唔錯既,但唔夠辣之餘啲雞真係冇味,始終唔係鮮雞嘛,收你1蚊仲想點,不過好彩大部份火鍋料有誠
