在尖沙咀出名食韓國菜的「韓國街」,有間格格不入小店「海.三碗麵」隱藏於一堆韓國餐廳和雜貨店當中,每次經過都會見到排隊人龍。食物貴精不貴多,店如其名只賣三款麵。三款麵均以伊麵做底,唯一不同就是湯底,分別是海蝦濃湯、金華火腿煲雞濃湯和新口味忌廉廣島蠔濃湯。三款湯底當中最多人推介招牌▫️海蝦濃湯伊麵$105,除了表面舖上櫻花蝦,賣相極為普通。頭湯清甜但鮮蝦味欠俸,伊麵口感亦一般。新口味▫️忌廉廣島蠔濃湯$125,賣相一樣唔吸引。第一啖湯已經大感失望,不稠不濃!店家將一粒廣島蠔再細分,真心寧願俾一整粒。每碗麵都配有燒牛肉,表面舖上櫻花蝦和蔥花;調味可以,肉質嫩滑,配菜比主菜更出色。店內一條走廊有四張二人枱,坐位比較擠擁。開門前15分鐘排隊,第二輪用膳等左一個鐘。整體而言,每碗麵價格定位偏高,份量都不多,仲要排隊入座,坦白講唔值。 continue reading

《值得等待的一碗麵》喺香港生活咗咁耐,排隊嘅餐廳周街都有,但要算得上係值得等待嘅餐廳,「海三碗麵」絕對能佔一席位。由排隊開始,你已經會被佢慢慢吸引,餐廳嘅門一開一閂,湯頭鮮甜香氣就會一次次嘅衝擊你嘅鼻腔,一路排隊,你嘅期待值就會一路提升。入到餐廳,落完單,再望入廚房,見到嘅會係老闆精心準備每一碗麵,注入用心熬製嘅湯底,加上明火炙燒嘅牛肉,真係從來未試過將「想食」嘅期待感拉到咁高。上到枱,海蝦濃湯,蝦味鮮甜香濃;金華火腿煲雞濃湯,咸香味鮮,飲得到又Feel得到兩個湯底嘅足料同時間心力去熬製,配埋個彈牙掛湯嘅伊麵,如果第一次去,真心建議要試!個火炙燒牛肉都唔可以睇小,每塊入口都係軟淋入味,簡單調味、簡單烹調,但係用心製作,正正就係香港小店最為可貴、最為耀眼嘅地方。雖然都要排一排,但係只要好味,香港人又點會怕排呢~ continue reading

朋友比佢既ɪɢ ʀᴇᴇʟ吸引到 提議食呢間星期五 大約𝟙𝟠:𝟚𝟘到達 ๑ᵒᯅᵒ๑目測前面有𝟙𝟘人 𝟙𝟡:𝟛𝟘入座𥚃面得𝟜張𝟚人枱 我地𝟛個女仔 有個坐走廊好彩佢夠瘦 唔算好阻住人行黎行去似係𝟚公婆𝖕𝖆𝖗𝖙住上 兩個都好有禮貌話辛苦曬我地排錦耐隊講野都有唔該前 唔該後o̴̶̷̤ ̫ o̴̶̷̤海蝦濃湯𝕣𝕠𝕒𝕤𝕥 𝕓𝕖𝕖𝕗伊麵 $𝟙𝟘𝟝其實成間餐廳只有𝟜個選擇入到去已經超肚餓 以為即叫即有ᯅ̈點知同我預期既不一樣 慢工出細貨 要等下 不過就可以影到廚師點烹調食物用火槍燒下啲海蝦同肉超香 ๑•͈ᴗ•͈๑個湯底係我人生中未食過好濃好有蝦味上面有好多細細既海蝦 被火槍燒過焦焦地 巧吃૮꒰˶ฅ́˘ฅ̀˶꒱ა牛肉分開上 唔怕啲味道混合左牛肉好嫩 佢用火槍燒既成熟度剛好當下好想食多碗 但又怕肥係好食 但排好耐有啲攰(๑•.•๑) continue reading

Bookmark 咗呢間餐廳好耐,但次次去都係星期日,摸咗門釘兩次先發現原來佢星期日休息😂(會唔會太蠢)終於等到星期六得閒又喺附近可以去食🥰嗰日落住超大雨☔️所以去到嗰陣只有一枱人排緊隊,本身以為好好彩唔使等好耐,但最後都等咗大半個鐘先入到去🙈.餐廳係由兩公婆經營,入面只有八個位,而且全部都係即叫即煮,所以製作需時⏳不過食好嘢係需要等待,而且喺而家嗰個都北上消費,更加要支持香港特色小店💗餐廳只賣3款麵,望落覺得海蝦濃湯最吸引,所以就嗌咗🤩海蝦濃湯Roast Beef  伊麵 $105未食已經覺得好吸引,海蝦湯底好濃郁,飲得出係用好多蝦嚟熬製而成,每一啖都係精華,上面仲有小蝦米🦐伊麵煮得啱啱好,唔會太淋,一啖濃湯,一啖伊麵,好好食🥹每碗麵都會配燒牛肉,佢哋係用一大塊牛扒,淨係輕輕咁roast 咗個外皮,所以入面仲係生生地🥩每逢有客人嗌,佢哋就會係個一大塊牛扒切幾塊薄片出嚟,加入少量黑椒,再用火槍燒一燒個面頭,每一塊牛肉調味好出色,係好食到我哋要encore 多一碟嘅質素🥰.總括嚟講,因為鋪頭細,而且每一碗麵都係老闆親手煮👨🏻‍🍳所以唔會好似連鎖餐廳咁出餐咁快,但都冇咗連鎖餐廳嘅機械化,有嘅係小店嘅人情味,鍾意食麵嘅你唔可以錯過😚 continue reading
