不久前去過一間餃子店吃煎餃子, 因為一早煎好了實在不好吃。
這裡就很有誠意的即叫即煎, 新鮮熱辣, 總覺得韭菜做煎餃最夾, 它煎完不會油淋淋, 有點脆口,  韭菜味新鮮突出, 菜肉平衡。

荃灣有間餃子店經常排長龍,星期二更休息,忽然想食餃子又遇啱星期二,點算?上網揾見呢間都好多正評,於是就試吓佢啦!
叫了芹菜豬肉湯餃,係粉葛湯,冇味精不過味淡唔夠濃,都明白嘅,靚湯是要成本的,餃子咬落與別不同,係好幼細嘅涵料,味道超好,感覺好香好新鮮,很喜歡,餃子就是這樣的,各家有不同的做法,但又可以有𣎴同嘅美味!
額外一提,店裡椅子加了軟墊幾舒適,可體會到店主對客人嘅細心😊
總括一定回頭,下次有機會會試埋佢嘅煎餃😆

這間位於荃灣享和街的心味餃子京滬小食店,不是很大間,平時比較小食。今日午餐,外賣了餃子回公司食。雲耳椰菜豬肉餃子6隻$37雲耳椰菜豬肉餃子,裏面材料都比較豐富,有豬肉、椰菜及木耳等,外表煎得金黃,很吸引,食落都比較香口,很喜愛木耳令餃子帶來的口感。

老公推薦有間荃灣食餃子,每隻都飽滿韭菜餃子麵($43)麵是幼麵,湯底為肉碎,韭菜餃好飽滿,韭菜的香配豬肉是最傳統及歷久不失的。淨黑松露芝士餃子($60)新式餃子,看得出包的方式別有用心,黑松露在餃子的底部,芝士在餃子頂,中間就夾著豬肉,一咬之下,芝士流了出來,味道層次感分明,配粉葛鯪魚湯,魚湯淡淡的鮮,絕無味精。雲耳椰菜豬肉煎餃($38)雲耳及椰菜的味相對韭菜較淡,我覺得更適合作煎。餃子皮煎到金黃色,略略脆口,但肉汁鮮嫩豐富。櫻花蝦雞翼 ($22)雞翼袐制後灑上櫻花蝦,餐廳一點也不吝嗇,滿滿的櫻花蝦提升鮮味及口感。最後要介紹一下餐廳自家制東菜菜甫,辣辣地,撈落餃子食不錯呀。

見到點餐紙上面有餃子麵可以選擇,我想試多幾款餃,所以同朋友叫咗個雙併餃子麵,兩款都係湯餃,叫咗韭菜同埋雲耳椰菜,個面仲可以轉米線或者加底,加底就加$5,分量真係多到你唔信!湯底方面都可以自由選擇大地魚粉葛湯或者佢本身有個湯底係有啲肉碎,味道有少少香辣,志在調味。佢本身個湯麵夠晒煙韌,有啲拉麵感覺,吃下去時唔會發脹,質感比較滑溜。好鍾意食佢嘅和風秋葵,份量又夠多,有芥末味仲有麻醬味,吃着餃子別有一番風味。食到濟左都可以叫返個菜心,清清地幾好食。嘢飲方面如果口渴,可以加豆漿、汽水或者佢哋蘋果雪梨山楂水,款款飲品都有凍有唔凍,任君選擇。

經過荃灣又唔係太肚餓可以試吓呢間餃子店,佢開係好彩酒家隔離,喺享和街,位置唔算太方便,所以價錢都比較平民化。今日同朋友經過,就決定試一試佢,呢間店都唔係開咗太耐,仲記得先前呢個位係做火鍋生意。我最欣賞佢嘅煎餃!呢度有款煎餃好特別就係黑松露豬肉芝士,價錢都比較昂貴,$62/6pcs,但係我覺得一定要試一試,因為啲芝士煎完好香,有流心效果,再加上裏面個餡怖滿黑松露,非常香噴噴。煎餃外表金黃色,帶有雪花脆邊。除此之外我叫咗呢度嘅小食包括係蜜餞雞翼以及惹味鵝腎片,雞翼一共有五隻,外皮被蜜餞嚷得甜甜的,帶有酒香,雞翼煮得剛剛好,夠晒大隻。另外鵝腎也有其特色,不過不失。

韭菜豬肉可以話係比較常見的一款,韭菜份量比重佔較多,岩哂叫呢款口味的本意,用料好新鮮而且包的過程非常乾淨,咬開一半睇會見到餃子有滿滿的餡料呢。

🔻芹菜豬肉
芹菜豬肉的比例都幾平均,食得唔會覺得好膩。芹菜用上的是唐芹,除了香口營養,更食到滿滿的飽足感,呢款不論煎餃或湯餃都會很出色。

🔹凍蘋果雪梨山楂水 💰+8
以山楂味的酸性較為帶出此飲品的味道,另外用左蘋果及雪梨將山楂的酸性中和左,恰到好處。飲落非常可口清爽,可解油膩亦不會過甜過酸,完全飲得出係自家製。
