終於有得食喇~花膠軟硬適中,雞肉係滑滑地,醃料入味

雞係連碟早早放入雪櫃,再拎出黎叮,所以雞肉「痴」住隻碟,而且斬件不均,所以肉比較少,白飯都偏硬,可能番叮等了太耐🙈

中伏🤬完全失水準!服務又差之前農曆新年一家人食團年飯,還不錯。今日來補回媽媽節飯😬誰不知安排很差,我們一同五人。竟然安排一張小枱給我們。我們到達時間還早,還沒有其他顧客到。我們要求一張大一點的枱😐侍應不情也不願地換了給我們我點回我們之前叫的招牌菜!還點了老青島,很可惜啤酒一點都不冰啤酒不冰怎樣喝🥵杏汁豬肺湯今次淡而冇味😑上次濃很多拔絲咕嚕肉也是招牌菜之一。。。可惜失水準之餘,還比普通大排檔質素差其他菜式也不想再說了沒有一個菜式好味。一個太咸,一個太淡服務態度亦很一般以後也不會再來!價錢亦不便宜專程來大角咀想吃點好的話,還有很多選擇!

之前農曆新年一家人食團年飯,還不錯。
今日來補回媽媽節飯😬
誰不知安排很差,我們一同五人。竟然安排一張小枱給我們。

我點回我們之前叫的招牌菜!

杏汁豬肺湯[抠鼻]今次淡而冇味😑上次濃很多
拔絲咕嚕肉也是招牌菜之一。。。

可惜失水準之餘,還比普通大排檔質素差

其他菜式也不想再說了

沒有一個菜式好味。一個太咸,一個太淡
服務態度亦很一般

以後也不會再來!
價錢亦不便宜

專程來大角咀想吃點好的話,
還有很多選擇!

夜晚特登黎到大角咀食漁小館 其實之前已經黎過幾次 食物質素都好高 好鐘意飲佢地既杏汁豬肺湯 好香濃好好飲 有住家味道 但今次只係同男朋友2個人黎 4至6人份既住家湯就飲唔曬所以冇叫到。今次叫左脆皮豬手 佢個皮好脆好鬆化 豬手都好嫩唔會話炸到太乾。另外仲有芥末沙汁蝦球 蝦球好爽脆 味道同口感都好特別。最後叫左 蜑家籠仔蒸飯 呢個係每次黎都必叫之作,蒸飯吸曬海鮮既鮮味好香甜,海鮮亦算新鮮 龍躉好滑 蝦亦都好爽口 算係性價比高既選擇。

今日同朋友做完嘢見咗一間叫漁小館嘅餐廳裏邊嘅小菜,價錢唔算好貴,而且圖片都唔錯,所以我哋就入咗去食晚餐。我哋兩個人都食咗四樣餸,再加一個白飯,整體來講味道都唔錯,第一道來的餸係雞,雞肉都算幾嫩滑而且份量十分之多,啖啖肉,唔算十分之肥。另一款係蒜蓉蒸魚,入面因為有粉絲嘅原因,所以好入味蒜味好出,而且魚味道都唔錯。見到隔離枱有椒鹽豆腐,當然就想買一個來試一試啦,豆腐幾脆皮又幾薄,而且豆腐幾滑身,份量可以。當然仲有豉椒炒蜆,炒蜆有少少鹹,但都可以接受,而且都幾新鮮,冇乜沙,不錯。整體來講四樣餸兩個人都十分之夠,而且價錢同質素都唔錯應該會再嚟食其他唔同嘅嘢食。

見到隔離枱有椒鹽豆腐,當然就想買一個來試一試啦,豆腐幾脆皮又幾薄,而且豆腐幾滑身,份量可以。當然仲有豉椒炒蜆,炒蜆有少少鹹,但都可以接受,而且都幾新鮮,冇乜沙,不錯。整體來講四樣餸兩個人都十分之夠,而且價錢同質素都唔錯應該會再嚟食其他唔同嘅嘢食。

之前行過,見到派宣傳紙,個晚周三,隔離食開間鋪沒開,見呢間人多,人氣几旺,心想唔會差吧就行左入去,點知一睇菜牌,一個青菜都過百元,那就試試看啦。炖湯加三個菜,講真出品就對唔住個價格啦,個雞肉类似手撕雞味道,還可以;豬油渣炒菜心亦唔錯,另一個粉絲海蝦煲,近200元,睇落還好,但系滴蝦好多只唔夠新鮮,費事叫服務生講啦,屋企人挑選出來唔食就系啦,最貴呢個食粉絲為主啦,貴到來到來唔值啊。一人一盅雪梨川貝湯,亦唔夠清甜。

漁小館從前是性價比極高的菜館,時致今日,呢個印象為我加添一重意義!她教曉我們學懂感恩,原來有野食唔係必然的。我地一行五人來到漁小館,很快已諗好吃什麼,落單時間只是12:26。我們懷著輕鬆愉快的心情等待美食來臨。先黎的係兩個龍躉荷葉飯,心想:「蒸飯都來臨了,炒粉麵飯還會遠嗎?」可是我們叫的食物依然遲遲未到。食客們陸續被迫著發出最後的吼聲,么喝要取消食物之聲此起彼落。結果碟鴛鴦米响13:05出現,足足39分鐘,通菜牛肉响13:14上枱,距離落單時間足足等了48分鐘(有圖為証)。而福建炒飯最後選擇放棄,埋單止蝕離場。黑松露海皇鴛鴦米($48)鴛鴦米者,米粉加粉絲也!三催四請,千呼萬喚始出來的鴛鴦米,未吃已經一肚氣。海皇有蝦肉及帆立貝粒,勉強叫做合格。黑松露沒有太大香味,叫做整色整水攪攪Gimmick,不落也罷!

老友住大角咀附近,呢D係舊區,好多鋪頭仔做死嘅,有日想聚下,咪嚟呢度食下囉。叫咗D香口野,因我地好小食,咸蛋脆米金沙骨和XO醬花枝炒黑豚肉,不過當晚多人,D餸等得好耐左少少,無計。論食物份量,細碟D,唔似大排檔咁大碟,但係碟咸蛋脆米金沙骨好正,外面咸蛋黃有咸香,個粉漿唔厚但係好爽脆,有蒜粒粒香,D肉醃得好入味,一字骨有咬口,好juicy! 另外碟XO醬花枝黑豚,我覺得花枝太韌,XO醬味道太搶,黑豚肉OK,肉味可以,西芹也爽口,但味精重手,普通啦,價錢?唔算抵。

另外碟XO醬花枝黑豚,我覺得花枝太韌,XO醬味道太搶,黑豚肉OK,肉味可以,西芹也爽口,但味精重手,普通啦,價錢?唔算抵。

一行人七個朋友去左漁小館食小菜 之前都聽朋友講話d海鮮豬手都好食 無影哂相淨係影左幾張就掛著食 因為真係好好味 海鮮都唔算太貴 豬手同雞都好特別 有叫到椒鹽鮮魷 好味道呀簡直!

這間餐廳之前聽人講有個牛坑腩幾特別,今日約左朋友過來試一試,來到這裡裝潢都不錯,而餐牌選擇都不少,最後當然叫這個脆皮酥炸牛坑腩 和 齋煲配上二個白飯,牛坑腩來到見到真的幾特別,夾上來看到酥皮入要有片厚厚的牛坑腩,酥皮的口感還可以不錯,牛坑腩都夠厚但口感沒有很硬而且夠入味,整體有驚喜。齋煲材料不少而且可能煲比較耐,所以都入味,但豆腐有點硬,整味道普通不太咸但又未至於好特出,送白飯都不錯。待應服務都不錯,執野同倒水都幾快手,下次會再來吃其他小菜。
