放假那天,剛好這店營業於是嘗試他們出名鹹牛肉多士(例牌)味道是OK但未至於出色 ,奇怪的是我在傾電話期間明明店員是跟我說話 好像是問我幾多個人之類問題 ,之後我便掛斷電話問他們想跟我說甚麼,離奇的是他們說沒有人跟我說話還說是我幻覺,後來我跟朋友說他也在電話裡聽到店員問我問題,之後吃完我問他們是否有下午茶 ?店員說:「有呀」但最後是沒有 ,埋單俾錢個時仲話係街坊 ,但價錢是正價 那裏來的下午茶🤷🏻‍♀️百思不得其解🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

其實漢興的其他名物還有豬扒同咸牛蛋, 我覺得前者不俗但不夠雞翼出色,後者做得不錯但因份量不少都比較膩。喜歡炒蛋的朋友大概會十分迷戀這個咸牛蛋的。

不久前,食店貼出「內部裝修」告示;又不久前,同事告知食店已重開,但食店格局不但沒有改變,就連翻新的痕跡亦不太覺;再不久前,同事打聽到食店已易手,之前的「內部裝修」其實只是交接!無論怎樣,食店一直是我們的飯堂,重開當然繼續幫襯!打算外賣腸仔雞翼通粉及餐蛋治,但店員告知餐廳暫不供應通粉,唯有改為米粉啦!返到公司才發現,腸仔竟由一直沿用的廚師腸被不知名品牌腸仔取替,而該不知名品牌腸仔的味道與廚師腸都有幾大差別,唯一差別不大只有雞翼;而餐蛋治的餐肉則相對以前薄身,雞蛋整體過熟,沒有太多蛋汁,但味道還是可以!想不到以前一碗普通的「腸仔+雞翼+通粉」組合,現其中2樣都已改變,就連餐蛋治亦不及從前,令人懷念從前的味道!

一間可遇不可求既小店,因為係清晨開店,中午3點左右就關門,仲要只開平日,週末及假期都休息。難得見到開門,食個地道港式茶餐,叫咗個豬扒米粉,雖然款式冇咩特,不過食落個豬扒就覺得好彩有嚟食,個豬扒煎得好軟,味道又香口,完全冇雪藏味,亦唔似BBQ果D豬扒,估唔到小店煎塊豬扒都咁好味,唔怪之得好多食客都會另加豬扒或雞翼,下次要試埋個雞翼先得。個米粉係福米,一路食,其實都幾有家既感覺,餐廳地方細細,但見住D 食客同職員阿姐,都已經感受到街坊味,係人情味!

一間可遇不可求既小店,
因為係清晨開店,
中午3點左右就關門,

難得見到開門,
食個地道港式茶餐,
叫咗個豬扒米粉,
雖然款式冇咩特,

返深工作,冇好似往常咁先停靠在上水石湖墟去「廣成冰室」或「陳六記飯店」,改為入咗粉嶺聯和墟,幫襯久違了嘅「漢興茶檔」。午市時段嘅「漢興」當然係人頭湧湧,點咗佢馳名嘅鹹牛肉蛋餅福麵,蛋餅煎得恰到好處,有燶邊,但個心就剛剛熟,蛋香鹹牛肉香交織在一齊。天氣太熱,好少飲凍飲嘅我叫咗杯凍奶茶少甜多奶,茶底好靚,好飲。滄海桑田,聯和墟近年的發展好快,十年前港味濃郁,楊千嬅陳奕迅主演的電影「每當變幻時」取景所在地「聯和市場」,已經變為四五十層高的巨廈。近年來,純港產片已逐漸如鳳毛鱗角成為瀕危品種,但是港產片在我的青少年時代帶給我的無限歡樂和對香港的自豪,就一生都不會改變。

返深工作,冇好似往常咁先停靠在上水石湖墟去「廣成冰室」或「陳六記飯店」,改為入咗粉嶺聯和墟,幫襯久違了嘅「漢興茶檔」。

午市時段嘅「漢興」當然係人頭湧湧,點咗佢馳名嘅鹹牛肉蛋餅福麵,蛋餅煎得恰到好處,有燶邊,但個心就剛剛熟,蛋香鹹牛肉香交織在一齊。天氣太熱,好少飲凍飲嘅我叫咗杯凍奶茶少甜多奶,茶底好靚,好飲。

滄海桑田,聯和墟近年的發展好快,十年前港味濃郁,楊千嬅陳奕迅主演的電影「每當變幻時」取景所在地「聯和市場」,已經變為四五十層高的巨廈。近年來,純港產片已逐漸如鳳毛鱗角成為瀕危品種,但是港產片在我的青少年時代帶給我的無限歡樂和對香港的自豪,就一生都不會改變。

呢間響晒朵,被譽為全港最好食既咸牛肉炒蛋,難得閒日唔洗番工可以有緣去試食,門口排晒長龍,最正咁岩係獨食即刻有位比我入去✌️坐低見到差唔多陣一大半人都食咸牛肉炒蛋同公仔麵,於是有樣學樣試食下😎蛋牛例牌咸牛肉一食就知番唔到轉頭,終於明白點解咁出名,味道唔會太咸,夾起亦唔會太散,仲可以用多士夾埋一齊食,唔會太dry.豬扒公仔麵個麵底唔會好淋,有少少硬身,岩我個人口味,豬扒亦都出乎意料地出色,唔會太硬,下次想試埋個雞翼。

咸牛肉一食就知番唔到轉頭,終於明白點解咁出名,味道唔會太咸,夾起亦唔會太散,仲可以用多士夾埋一齊食,唔會太dry.

個麵底唔會好淋,有少少硬身,岩我個人口味,豬扒亦都出乎意料地出色,唔會太硬,下次想試埋個雞翼。

我好鍾意食蛋牛治,一向都食開深水埗好出名果間,但只要發現到新嘅好評蛋牛治,我都會去試下。今次就試漢興嘅蛋牛多士,佢同平時蛋牛治唔同嘅就係包同餡係分開嘅,蛋牛煎成圓餅形,四邊就放左烘到香脆嘅多士。咁樣嘅好處係由頭食到尾個多士都一定係脆,不過就有d麻煩,要不斷放d蛋牛上多士度。另外仲食左碗豬扒麵,豬扒入味夠淋,同麵分開上,所以麵嘅湯唔會整淡豬扒。然後杯凍奶茶麵係好飲嘅,夠香濃夠滑。依間野星期日係唔開架,最食就要避開喇!
