喺尖沙咀搭車去荃灣,落車大雨到對鞋陣亡左。淋左雨諗下食咩驅寒。突然諗起呢一間舖頭,第一次嚟食心大心細,樣樣野都想試。就嗌咗個豬什米線胡椒湯底,另外嗌多個牛肉腸粉。湯頭胡椒味有,但唔算重,如果可以再辣啲就好啦。不過我見佢枱面都有另外白胡椒可以自行加,不過都係感覺滾過嘅胡椒先會出味。豬雜嘅份量都多,但係米線份量就比較少,張相嗰個係未食任何米線,都淨係可以夾到三小注。牛肉腸都蒸得幾滑唔會過老,啲滑口水都好好味,但係如果係牛肉片就更加開心啦。個辣椒油好桂林feel~都正。唯一希望佢米線嘅份量多返少少,咁就完美啦。

久唔久就想去潮洲仔,回味飲佢個白胡椒豬肚湯。今日食豬什王配河粉,一次過食齊晒所有豬內臟,豬肺丶豬粉腸丶豬心、豬潤丶豬大腸丶豬肚、豬黃喉丶豬紅、蝴蝶腩共十款,唔會煮得個老,配埋滑捋捋河粉食,份量十足,一碗就飽晒。白胡椒湯底微辣,容易入口,不含無味精,真材實料,飲完真係暖笠笠。

但係發生咗小插曲,老公唔食得辣,但嚟咗白胡椒湯底,飲咗兩啖,辣到佢飛起!最後餐廳都幫佢加湯變返無咁辣!

我自己食得辣,個人推介白胡椒湯底,冬天飲落暖笠笠,唔食得辣都可以叫半胡椒湯底。食落無味精,但去到最後有啲咸。

已經忘了什麼時間去過呢間食店,只記得那時是舊舖在街角,現在已搬到新的舖位,在班馬線前。記得那胡椒湯很美味,今次也很不錯,味道很濃郁,可能有些人會覺得比較咸,但我吃完如果是口渴的話,你再淡再甜也不會再幫襯,看情況應該不會發生,因為吃完了仍然末口渴,不過,喜歡清淡口味的人,這裡可能就不太合適。我個人喜歡吃自家煲的白粥,而且不喜歡下任何味道,就是吃那米的香味,當你見得幾次白米粥,你的味覺便會变得非常敏銳,這可能是一種訓練。潮州仔食堂,可以再去,下次要試吓不要半辣

多次經過,一直以為佢係打冷店,因為叫潮州仔 而且外面望入去好暗終於有一次停低望吓門口餐牌,咦,原來係食粉面㗎喎!仲要有豬什?一入去原來都唔少人落單要咗碗白胡椒湯豬什王米粉$63講真一嚟到係聞到浸怪味(我諗係雜都有呢種味)一飲啖湯不得了好好味!如果可以再辣啲仲好啲豬什望落去非常乾淨,食得好放心!而且種類好多..最令我驚喜係豬黃喉牛就食得多 第一次食豬嘅黃喉出邊仲有自助拌菜拎只限堂食㗎咋好食到一星期食咗兩次不過始終食內臟都唔太健康唯有少食多滋味啦!
