喺尖沙咀搭車去荃灣,落車大雨到對鞋陣亡左。淋左雨諗下食咩驅寒。突然諗起呢一間舖頭,第一次嚟食心大心細,樣樣野都想試。就嗌咗個豬什米線胡椒湯底,另外嗌多個牛肉腸粉。湯頭胡椒味有,但唔算重,如果可以再辣啲就好啦。不過我見佢枱面都有另外白胡椒可以自行加,不過都係感覺滾過嘅胡椒先會出味。豬雜嘅份量都多,但係米線份量就比較少,張相嗰個係未食任何米線,都淨係可以夾到三小注。牛肉腸都蒸得幾滑唔會過老,啲滑口水都好好味,但係如果係牛肉片就更加開心啦。個辣椒油好桂林feel~都正。唯一希望佢米線嘅份量多返少少,咁就完美啦。
