To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得放假可以訓醒都點幾先出去食Tea喺聯和墟泊好車近近地就嚟到潮樓煮意試下呢度既下午茶!呢度下午茶只有大概有8-10款選擇,另外仲會送熱飲!今日我就點左咖喱咸牛脷飯,一上枱已經聞到好香嘅椰香咖喱味,鹹牛脷蚊到好軟淋不過就偏鹹!用嚟送飯都幾唔錯!牛腩湯米線,湯底清甜,牛腩唔會好柴不過牛腩份量比較少!魚香茄子炆米嚟到大大碟,超多米粉中夾雜帶咸香既咸魚粒、茄子相比平時算多肉汁,加上肉碎的咬口,食到有唔同既層次味道!

今日我就點左咖喱咸牛脷飯,一上枱已經聞到好香嘅椰香咖喱味,鹹牛脷蚊到好軟淋不過就偏鹹!用嚟送飯都幾唔錯!
